Enterprises are able to investigate projects of tangible investments' worthwhileness using different methods, in which we can distinguish dynamic methods such as Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Since it is necessary to use financial calculator or computer programmes to estimate of Internal Rate of Return, in this article the author presented simplistic formula which enables to avoid arduous calculations and is useful in practise.
