In this article the authors presented most important problems concerning synchronized production-distribution planning in pulp and paper industry. Relations between strategic, tactical and operational planning in supply chain were described and the example of synchronized production and distribution planning was presented. The architecture of supply chain in pulp and paper industry was also presented.
