The article is devoted to the analysis of the coverage of current research on the problem of art management and the specifics of its technologies. The use of methods and technologies of art management in preparing students for future music majors is still insufficiently investigated. Taking into account the new socio-cultural quality requirements for professional specialists in culture and art, the purpose of the submitted article is to highlight the leading art management technologies that contribute to the effectiveness of their professional and creative development, particularly as future art managers. The leading types of technologies of art management as a concept of art process control and sphere of art are highlighted. Their role and importance as tools that contribute to a successful professional and creative development of future specialists for the sphere of culture and art are reasoned. Special attention is paid to the analysis of characteristics of the formation positions of the participants’ interactive educational environment, in particular the factors of pedagogical support of students as future art managers. Experience of art management technologies in the educational process of universities in the sphere of culture and art can successfully develop in future specialists’ professional performing activities readiness, the implementation of the most important functions of the preservation of cultural values, education, recreation. In general, under the influence of various technologies art management professional formation of future specialists in culture and art becomes a more dynamic, multidimensional, conscious and controlled process, based on the principles of humanization and humanization. Accounting for the psycho-pedagogical specificity of their entry into the profession in the field of culture and art they are closely correlated with the cultural and creative development of the individual as an art manager. Achieving this professional status ensures not only familiarizig them with the technology of art management, but also a high level of professional readiness of students to the continuous self-education and self-improvement.
