In given article a brief characterization of the issue as new surrogates calculates the surrogate mother. The survey was carried out, the analysis of the phenomenon on the basis of the available literature, online content of legal documents. Shows trends, reviews, as well as societal demands in terms of the needs and the new role of the use of surrogate mothers in the in vitro.

Terrorism is a phenomenon historically variable, multi-faceted and dynamic occurring in various forms. It is difficult at present to define a uniform definition of terrorism, which is changing under the influence of civilization, especially the rapid scientific and technical progress. Terrorists perfectly use the latest means of communication, mass media, modern communication technology and computers. The purpose of this article is therefore an approximation of the phenomenon and ways to combat it.

Niniejszy artykuł przestawia problematykę werbowania i wykorzystania przez dorosłych dzieci jako żołnierzy do walki zbrojnej. Prezentuje obraz współczesnego świata, w tym państw, kontynentów, na których terenie dzieci żołnierze z karabinem AK-47 jako żywe tarcze bez imienia, godności i osobowości oddają życie. Dorośli tego świata techniki, kosmosu, nanotechnologii wykorzystują niepełnoletnich do walk plemiennych, religijnych, narkotykowych, itp. Mimo ustanowionych międzynarodowych konwencji praw dziecka, afrykańskiej karcie praw i dobra dziecka, sprzeciwu opinii publicznej określone ośrodki, kraje nadal wykorzystują tysiące dzieci jako żołnierzy, które stają się narzędziami w rękach dorosłych.

This article presents the issue of recruitment and use of children by adults as soldiers to armed struggle. Presents a picture of the modern world, including the countries, continents, in which children soldiers and rifle AK-47 as the living shields without name, dignity and personality reflect the life. Adults of this world of technology, space, nanotechnology use minors to fighting tribal, religious, narkotykotion, etc. Despite established international conventions on the rights of the child, the African Charter of the rights of the child, and the opposition of the public referred to resorts, countries still use thousands of children as soldiers who have become tools in the hands of adults.
