Edukacja dorosłych imigrantów na Islandii w świetle pedagogiki miejsca

The article below describes adult education in Iceland, primarily non-formal education. The structure, goals and the programme of adult education for immigrants have been analysed. One of the courses - The School of Settlers - has been scrutinised in more detail. Pedagogy of place is the theoretical framework for the analysis. The paper shows different traditions and ways of understanding this concept, as well as its relation to education for immigrants. One of the conclusions is that the non-formal education for adult immigrants in Iceland reflects some principles of the pedagogy of place, but to a limited extent. Moreover, there seems to be a problem with the small number of courses available in other languages than Icelandic.

Podjęta problematyka badawcza dotyczy strategii zarządzania talentami w Siłach Powietrznych RP. Artykuł składa się ze wstępu, opracowania wyników badania ilościowego utalentowanych podchorążych z Wyższej Szkoły Oficerskiej Sił Powietrznych i żołnierzy zawodowych z 1 i 2 Skrzydła Lotnictwa Taktycznego, teoretycznego ujęcia strategii, jej prezentacji, a także zakończenia. Badanie naukowe zostało przeprowadzone w latach 2015–2018. W artykule zaprezentowano analizę literatury przedmiotu wraz z zastosowaniem teorii do praktyk w wojsku, a szczególnie w Siłach Powietrznych RP. Opisano i zinterpretowano wyniki sondażu diagnostycznego w zakresie strategicznego zarządzania talentami utalentowanych podchorążych i żołnierzy zawodowych. Dodatkowo opracowano teoretyczną piramidę strategii zarządzania talentami. Zostały omówione badania polskie i zagraniczne dotyczące podjętego tematu.

Talent management strategy in the Polish Air Forces is the crucial theme of author’s research. This article consists of an introduction, the quantity research of talented cadets from Dęblin and soldiers of the 1st and the 2nd Tactical Air Wings, theoretical points of strategy, a strategy presentation and a conclusion. The scientific research was carried out in between 2015 and 2018. The author presented an analysis of the literature and implementation of the theory to the practice in the Polish Armed Forces including the Polish Air Forces. The main goal of this article is a presentation and an interpretation of the own research in strategic talent management, talented cadets and soldiers. Theorical talent management strategy piramid developed by the author of this article is added and described as the main summary. Finally, Polish and foreign research were presented.
