Genetyczne podłoże ADHD

100%
EN
This paper presents some results of behavioral genetic and molecular genetic studies that suggest that both genetic and nongenetic factors contribute to the development of Attention-Deńcit/hyperactivity Disorder Family, twin, and adoption studies provide evidence that genes play a strong role in susceptibility to ADHD. Genome-wide scans conducted thus far are not conclusive. Candidate gene studies shown that seven candidate genes had statistically significant evidence of association with ADHD on the basis of the pooled OR across studies: DRD4, DRDS, DAT, DBH, HTRIB, S-HTT, and SNAP-25 genes.
