The publication presents the needs of students in the field of university adaptation. Furthermore, the needs and expectations of teaching and administrative staff regarding educational opportunities for people with disabilities were analysed. The difficulties and needs in the implementation of educational effects, the necessity to adjust work to the specificity of individual disabilities, including persons with the autism spectrum disorders, and the ways of implementing student internship were also taken into consideration.

W publikacji dokonano prezentacji potrzeb studentów w zakresie dostosowania do nich uczelni. Ponadto przeanalizowano potrzeby i oczekiwania pracowników dydaktycznych i administracyjnych odnośnie do możliwości kształcenia osób z niepełnosprawnością. Uwzględniono przy tym trudności w realizacji efektywnego kształcenia, konieczność dostosowania pracy do specyfiki poszczególnych niepełnosprawności, w tym osób ze spektrum autyzmu, a także sposoby realizacji praktyk studenckich.
