Jan Paweł II w jednej z katechez poświęconych ewangelizacji i katechizacji wyróżnia formację katechetów jako zasadniczy element wspólnego zaangażowania w rozwój i żywotność Kościoła. Wskazuje na potrzebę formacji tych, którzy są odpowiedzialni za nauczanie prawd wiary, a więc duszpasterzy, katechetów i wszystkich, którzy wypowiedzieli swoją chęć pomocy w głoszeniu Dobrej Nowiny. Brak odpowiedniego przygotowania wśród tych, którzy podjęli się katechizowania, prowadzi do braku wymaganych owoców u katechizowanych. Szeroko pojęta formacja intelektualna ma pogłębić życie wiary osoby posługującej w katechezie. Obok jednak samej wiedzy teologicznej przede wszystkim istotne jest, aby katecheta potrafił wypracować własny styl katechetyczny. W artykule poddano analizie aktualne wskazania Kościoła Powszechnego oraz Kościoła w Polsce odnoszące się do kształcenia teologicznego świeckich i duchownych nauczycieli religii, które dokonuje się w ramach studiów oraz później w formacji stałej.

John Paul II, in one of his catechesis dedicated to evangelization and catechesis, distinguishes the formation of catechesis as an essential element of the common commitment to the development and vitality of the Church. He points to the need for the formation of all those who are responsible for teaching the truths of the faith, that is, pastors, catechists and all those who have expressed their willingness to help proclaim the Good News. Lack of adequate preparation among those who undertook catechizing leads to small effects and lack of required fruit in catechized people. The broadly understood intellectual formation is intended to deepen the life of faith of the person who serves in catechesis. However, besides the theological knowledge itself, it is important that the catechist is able to develop his own catechetical style. This article analyses the current indications of the Universal Church and the Church in Poland relating to theological education of lay and clerical religion teachers, which is carried out within the framework of studies and later in continuing formation.

The use of the elements of neuroandragogy in the religious education of the elderly

We współczesnej refleksji katechetycznej w sposób znaczący wybrzmiewa potrzeba ożywienia katechezy osób starszych, jak i skorzystania z bogactwa i doświadczenia tejże grupy społecznej. Wynika to przede wszystkim z faktu, iż społeczeństwo, a tym samym wspólnotę Kościoła dotyka problem postępującego starzenia się jej członków. W wymiarze katechetycznym istotnym staje się między innymi podjęcie odpowiednich kroków w celu dostosowania katechezy osób starszych pod względem odpowiednich treści, narzędzi oraz struktury. Proponowana swoista oferta edukacyjna powinna pobudzić oraz zachęcić do weryfikacji i pogłębienia własnej wiedzy religijnej, pomóc odpowiedzieć na nurtujące pytania, zwłaszcza natury egzystencjalnej w perspektywie eschatologicznej, a także odnaleźć miejsce i rolę osób starszych we wspólnocie wierzących. W niniejszym opracowaniu, analizie poddano najpierw pojęcie starości i starzenia się w ujęciu społecznym i teologicznym, następnie przedstawiono podstawowe założenia neuroandragogiki oraz najistotniejsze aspekty katechezy osób starszych. W kolejnej części zaprezentowane zostały implikacje praktyczne dla wykorzystania wybranych elementów andragogiki i neuroandragogiki w katechezie oraz szeroko pojętej aktywności i edukacji religijnej osób starszych.

The need to enliven the catechesis of the elderly and to take advantage of the richness and experience of this social group resounds significantly in contemporary catechetical reflection. This is mainly due to the fact that society, and thus the community of the Church, is affected by the problem of the progressive aging of its members. In the catechetical dimension, it becomes important, among other things, to take appropriate steps to adapt the catechesis of the elderly in terms of appropriate content, tools and structure. The suggested specific educational offer should stimulate and encourage to verify and deepen one’s own religious knowledge, help answer nagging questions, especially existential ones in an eschatological perspective, and find a place and role of the elderly in the community of believers. In this study, the notion of old age and aging in the social and theological aspect was first analyzed, then the basic assumptions of neuroandragogy and the most important aspects of catechesis of the elderly were presented. The next part featured practical implications for the use of selected elements of andragogy and neuroandragogy in catechesis and the broadly understood activity and religious education of the elderly.

Pope Francis in the Bull Misericordiae vultus, declaring Extraordinary Jubilee Charity, among the many demands and recommendations, invites the faithful of the Church of hot desire for Christians to think about during the Jubilee works of mercy and the right spirit. The inclina-tion at this particular time over the works of mercy, according to the intention of the Pope has become a way of awakening our conscience, often dormant, and also allow for deeper entrance into the heart of the Gospel, to know whether we live as His disciples or not.In making this request, the Holy Father should rethink and rediscover the works of mercy and against the spirit of the catechetical their place in the preaching and catechetical active forms filling these works of mercy, taken and inspired by school religion classes and parish catechesis. For this purpose, will be examined today in force catechetical documents, program materials catechesis in Poland and selected aids for the teaching of religion, namely text books, work sheets, etc. Used during the various stages of education.

Papież Franciszek w bulli Misericordiae vultus, ogłaszającej nadzwyczajny jubileusz miłosierdzia, pośród wielu postulatów i zaleceń, zwraca się do wiernych Kościoła z gorącym życzeniem, aby chrześcijanie przemyśleli podczas Jubileuszu uczynki miłosierdzia względem ciała i względem ducha. Podejmując to życzenie Franciszka warto przemyśleć i odkryć na nowo uczynki miłosierdzia względem ciała i względem ducha w przestrzeni katechetycznej, ich miejsce w przepowiadaniu katechetycznym i formy czynnego wypełniania tychże uczynków miłosierdzia, podejmowane i inspirowane przez szkolne lekcje religii oraz katechezę parafialną. W tym celu analizie zostaną poddane współcześnie obowiązujące dokumenty katechetyczne, materiały programowe katechezy w Polsce oraz wybrane pomoce do nauczania religii, mianowicie podręczniki, karty pracy, wykorzystywane na kolejnych etapach edukacyjnych.
