Article descirbes the ties of PCN-NCP with the Libyan Jamahiriya, the proximity of the geopolitical thesis of Moammar Gaddafi and those of Luc Michel and PCNNCP, on Eurasiatic Greater-Europe, the necessary emergence of a multipolar world, the Mediterranean designed as a place of common civilization and the role of Bridge of Libya among European and African Unions.

The article has the introduction character of basic points in geopolitical thought - Jean Thiriar, in relation to Soviet Union in the years (1964-1968). The propotion of this Belgian geopolicy thinker, comunitarist and European theoretician nationalism to USSR, in defiance of some western studies in the 80s XX age had not some radical changes. It is possible to think about development of thought and analyses, which are explained in books, pamphlets and periodicals, which Jean Thiriart publishes during the existence of his Organizations (Jeune Europe and " Communautaire Europeen Party”). Despite of this, years: 1964-1968 are treated by explorers as a peak period of Thiriar’s achievements on the geopolitical journalism, for which the most representative writing was " La Nation Europeenne” („the European Nation”). Two recognized by Thiriar European enemies in discuss period, is the Russian and the American, from what this second more dangerous, because he is more powerful. The economy of USSR in that period was dependended on USA on long time. Jean Thiriart (for him Ural is not any civilization border) devise the vision of great Europe, stretching from Dublin to Władywostok.
