E-learning stanowić może jedną z metod edukacji użytkowników bibliotek i bibliotekarzy oraz element promocji biblioteki. Biblioteka, która pragnie sprostać oczekiwaniom nowoczesnych użytkowników oraz samych bibliotekarzy, coraz sprawniej wykorzystujących dostęp do zasobów sieci, nie może zlekceważyć e-learningu jako jednej z popularniejszych dziś form kształcenia na odległość. Nie bez znaczenia wydaje się więc popularyzacja zdalnego kształcenia, dzięki któremu coraz większa grupa pracowników bibliotek będzie tą drogą podnosić swoje kwalifikacje. Zanim jednak e-learning stanie się jednym z typowych elementów promocji biblioteki i wykładnikiem jej edukacyjnych funkcji, już na starcie należałoby przemyśleć, jak zaplanować politykę biblioteki w tym obszarze oraz jak efektywnie wykorzystać e-learning dla jej realizacji. Szkolenia on-line staną się tym samym alternatywnym systemem szeroko rozumianej edukacji w bibliotece zarówno dla jej użytkowników jak i pracowników.

E-learning may constitute a method of education of library users and librarians, and a library promotion component as well. A library which wants to meet the expectations of modern users and librarians themselves, who use access to the available network resources more and more efficiently, cannot ignore e-learning, which is one of the most popular forms of distance learning today. Popularization of distance learning thus seems to be an important issue, as owing to that process a larger group of librarians will raise their qualifications. However, before e-learning becomes one of typical components of promoting the library and the exponent of its educational functions, at the very beginning we need to plan a library policy in this field. Moreover, we need to take into consideration how to use e-learning effectively for the realization of this policy. Thus on-line trainings will become an alternative education system in the library.

Der Artikel stellt theologisch – asketische und philosophische Abhandlungen bei Paulinen aus Jasna Góra am Beispiel der Vorträge von P. Xavier Rotter dar. Das Schrifttum zum Thema der im Pauliner Studium gehaltenen Vorlesungen ist äußerst begrenzt und lässt nur zum Teil die Geschichte des Studiums am Kloster Jasna Góra wiederherzustellen. Es ermöglicht die Überprüfung der allgemeinen Rahmen der Chronologie, sowie gibt ein Bild der Fachrichtung, Lehrniveau und Lehrmethoden. Pauliner philosophische Vorlesungen werden am wenigsten untersucht und besitzen keine angemessene Bearbeitung. Von J. Zbudniewek erarbeiteter „Katalog“ zeigt, dass Paulinen die Vorlesungen am St. Barbara Kloster in Częstochowa, im Kloster St. Sigmund und Kloster St. Geist in Warschau angehalten haben. Inhalt und Umfang der Vorträge sind unbekannt. Bisher wurden auch viele Einträge zum Studium nicht analysiert, die in den Annalen der Jasna Gora und Krakau zu finden sind. Mehrere Pauliner Skripte aus einigen Archiven und Bibliotheken wurden auch nicht berücksichtigt, die aber viel Neues zu diesem Thema bringen könnten. Die Grundlage der Quelle des Artikels bilden die Handschriften aus den Archiven der Jasna Góra. Sie bieten eine ausreichende Darstellung der Quelle an, die vom Umfang der Vorträge, deren Höhe und Ausrichtung zu einer bestimmten Schule der Philosophie zeugen. P. Xavier Rotter, als Autor der im Artikel dargestellten Vorträge, genoss eine hohe Autorität und seine Skripte, die theologische und asketische Prinzipien verewigt haben, waren keine rein theoretischen Studien. Vielerorts hat der Autor spezifische praktische Probleme aufgegriffen. Diese Verbindung miteinander der Lehre und Praxis war besonders beliebt bei den Jasna Góra Paulinen und bildete ihr Bewusstsein. Werke von P. Rotter, Begriffe in sehr lesbarer Weise zu verwenden, werden zu den Behandlungen gezählt, die zwar für die asketisch – philosophische Strömung charakteristisch sind, bleiben aber noch im Kreis der theologischen Werke. Diese Skripte sind im Jasna Góra Kreis ein Zeugnis des wachsenden Bildungsbedarfs von Paulinen, die asketisch – moralisches und philosophisches Wissen erwerben können, um es in Anlehnung an gute und getestete Vorbilder zu festigen.

Celem prowadzonej analizy jest pomiar efektów możliwych do osiągnięcia dzięki zmianom strukturalnym i modernizacyjnym, jakie dokonały się na polskiej wsi. Artykuł koncentruje na analizie wybranych działań PROW. Wykazano, że wsparcie finansowe gospodarstw rolnych w Polsce, z powodu bardzo wysokich płatności jest szczególnie ważnym problemem badawczym i aplikacyjnym w aspekcie liczby gospodarstw rolnych, które otrzymały pomoc oraz wprowadziły nowe produkty lub techniki, jak również wzrostu gospodarczego. Jako podstawę analizy przyjęto jednostkę sprawozdawczości ARiMR. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na efekty racjonalnego zagospodarowania funduszy PROW prowadzące do pozytywnych zmian strukturalnych w rozwoju rolnictwa i obszarów wiejskich. Na potrzeby prowadzonych badań dla wybranego działania Programu Rozwoju Obszarów wiejskich zastosowano test dla dwóch średnich, test dla dwóch wariancji, test normalności Shapiro-Wilka oraz nieparametryczny test U Manna-Whitneya.

The aim of the analysis is to measure effects that can be achieved thanks to structural and modernisation-related changes that took place in the Polish rural areas. The paper concentrates around selected problems of the analysis of selected activities. It has been shown that financial support for agricultural holdings in Poland, due to high payments, is a particularly important research and application problem in the aspect of the number of agricultural holdings that received assistance and introduced new products or techniques, and economic growth. The AriMR reporting unit was adopted as the basis for analysis. Special attention was given to the effects of rational management of RDP funds leading to positive structural changes in the development of agriculture and rural areas. For the purpose of the research on a selected activity of the Programme for the development of rural areas, a test for two averages, test for two variances, Shapiro-Wilk’s normality test and Manna-Whitney U test were used.
