W niniejszej pracy oszacowano statystyczną fluktuację wyników wyceny (za pomocą metody kredytu jednostkowego) zobowiązań planu emerytalnego. Pokazano, że wariancja względnej odchyłki wyniku wyceny od wyceny właściwej maleje wraz ze wzrostem stopy dyskontowej. Podano postać przybliżoną, przy wykorzystaniu centralnego twierdzenia granicznego, 95% przedziału ufności dla względnej odchyłki wyniku wyceny. Przy małych wartościach stopy dyskontowej i planach o liczności 250 członków, przedział ufności może mieć długość nawet rzędu 20%

In the paper the statistical fluctuation of the results of pension plan valuation (by use of unit credit method) is estimated. It is shown that the variance of the relative deviation of the valuation result from the proper valuation decreases with the increase of discount rate. The approximate form is given, with the aid of the central limit theorem, of the 95% confidence interval for the relative deviation of the valuation result. For small values of discount rate and plans for 250 members the confidence interval can have the length of 20%.

The analysis of culture contexts on international investment strategies is a new but more and more popular topic of the researches. The results of the researches that are given in different parts of the world show that there are some specific forms of English management’s model of adaptation that is universal for the others. Usually there are a European management’s model and its variations (French, north European, east European), Asian management’s model (Japanese, Korean, Chinese), and the African way of management which is still growing. In this text we analyse several aspects of management that are typical for French style, north European and east European.
