The Most Holy Eucharist commemorates the agony, death and rising from the dead of the Son of God. The Eucharist is one of the most venerable and the most blessed sacraments which Jesus Christ appointed for man. Christ Himselfis contained in the sacrament. The Holy Eucharist is the source of life for the Church and it enables the Church to grow spiritually. Furthermore, the sacrament of the Eucharist constitutes the Church and determines its missionary purposes.Therefore, every Catholic should be aware of the fact he/she is obliged to take an active part in Holy Mass on Sunday and the Holy Days of Obligation, if they want to follow Jesus Christ faithfully in their life and fulfill the duties resultingfrom the call, in a manner corresponding to their vocation.

Love is an important integrating factor of the marital-family life. It is not a legal entity; however, it plays a very important role in the life of man. Without love spouses are deprived of stimuli which contribute greatly and enable to achieve goals set for the marriage. When there is no love between fiancées, one of them might become alienated, they may also be unwilling to get married as result, which in turn would lead to declaring their marriage invalid in both cases. Marital love is crucial to ensure the expression of marital harmony between husband and wife properly and to perform conjugal and parental duties in a responsible way. The Roman Catholic Church, from the beginning of its apostolic activity, has protected the value of marriage and family with constant prayer, special concern and the blessing. Marital love has a primary importance in the entire community of life of a married couple. It is essential for their mutual and full development. Love is an important integrating factor of the marital life. Marital love facilitates the execution of tasks that spouses and then parents have to do. Excluding the above-mentioned  goals set for the marriage as well as defects in the agreement between the spouses result in the fact the marriage is invalid. Responsible marriage is inseparable of love, which should be the basis for the conjugal life of the couple. There is no denying that love of the spouses, whose desire is to live together, contributes greatly to the marital harmony between husband and wife and stimulates mutual devotion and acceptance of the couple.

Miłość jest ważnym czynnikiem integrującym życie małżeńsko-rodzinne. Nie jest ona bytem prawnym, ale odgrywa bardzo ważną rolę w życiu człowieka. Bez miłości małżonkowie pozbawieni są bodźców, które w znacznym stopniu przyczyniają się i umożliwiają osiągnięcie celów stawianych przed małżeństwem. Gdy nie ma miłości między narzeczonymi, jedno z nich może się zrazić, może też nie chcieć zawrzeć związku małżeńskiego, co w konsekwencji doprowadziłoby do uznania ich małżeństwa za nieważne w obu przypadkach. Miłość małżeńska jest niezbędna, aby zapewnić właściwy wyraz harmonii małżeńskiej między mężem i żoną oraz odpowiedzialne wypełnianie obowiązków małżeńskich i rodzicielskich. Kościół rzymskokatolicki od początku swej działalności apostolskiej chroni wartość małżeństwa i rodziny nieustanną modlitwą, szczególną troską i błogosławieństwem. Miłość małżeńska ma pierwszorzędne znaczenie w całej wspólnocie życia pary małżeńskiej. Jest ona niezbędna dla ich wzajemnego i pełnego rozwoju. Miłość jest ważnym czynnikiem integrującym życie małżeńskie. Miłość małżeńska ułatwia realizację zadań, jakie stoją przed małżonkami, a następnie przed rodzicami. Wykluczenie wyżej wymienionych celów stawianych małżeństwu, jak również wady w porozumieniu między małżonkami powodują, że małżeństwo jest nieważne. Odpowiedzialne małżeństwo jest nierozerwalnie związane z miłością, która powinna być podstawą życia małżeńskiego małżonków. Nie da się zaprzeczyć, że miłość małżonków, których pragnieniem jest wspólne życie, przyczynia się w znacznym stopniu do harmonii małżeńskiej między mężem i żoną oraz pobudza wzajemne oddanie i akceptację małżonków.

As for the days of penance the Church legislator set the minimum which Catholics should obey as common practice . Therefore, the mandatory days of penance have been established in the Roman Catholic Church . Among these, there are all Fridays of the entire litrugical year . The purpose of this study is to present one particular type of sacred time from the perspective of law as well as to take part in the discussion on the sanctifying influence of Friday on Catholics . Friday is of special significance for spirituality of all the faithful, as it is closely related to which concern the penance on Friday, both with other people, in pub-lic, as well as individually, in private, is a symbol of cooperation with the universal Church, hence Catholics ought to take acts of mortification and devote them-selves to prayer frequently .

Considering the issues related to the office of a defender of the marriage bond it is clear that the existence of this office is necessary for the common good of the Catholic Church. The reason for establishing the office of the defender was the need to protect the public interest. The defender does not represent himself or any party involved in the process but he is a representative of the Church. Therefore, it appears his service is supported by the canon law when it comes to the issues related to validity of a marriage. Hence, the defender is not to prove anything but to reasonably and properly dispute arguments made by the parties that suggest the invalidity of a marriage. The defender in the process to declare nullity of a marriage should participate in it actively so as to be able to uncover the objective truth. The main task of the defender is to present everything that argues in favour of validity of a marriage. The service of a defender of the marriage bond requires a good command of canon law as well as the ability to combine the scientific knowledge and the experience with particular human situations.

Rozważając problematykę związaną z urzędem obrońcy węzła małżeństwa, należy stwierdzić, że jest to instytucja konieczna dla dobra wspólnego Kościoła katolickiego. Przesłanką do ustanowienia obrońcy węzła była ochrona dobra publicznego. Nie jest on przedstawicielem samego siebie ani stron procesowych, ale reprezentantem Kościoła. Można więc stwierdzić, że ma on za sobą przychylność prawa kanonicznego względem spraw dotyczących ważności małżeństwa. Stąd jego rola nie polega na dowodzeniu czegokolwiek, lecz na rozumnym i słusznym podważaniu argumentacji sugerującej nieważność małżeństwa. Jego udział w procesie o stwierdzenie nieważności małżeństwa powinien mieć charakter dynamiczny, mający na celu odkrycie prawdy obiektywnej. Głównym zadaniem jest przedstawienie tego wszystkiego, co przemawia za ważnością węzła małżeńskiego. Posługa obrońcy węzła małżeńskiego wymaga znajomości prawa kanonicznego, ale i umiejętności łączenia wiedzy naukowej oraz doświadczenia z konkretnymi sytuacjami ludzkimi.
