Przytoczona argumentacja służy uzasadnieniu poglądu, iż nie ma poznawczego sensu rewitalizowanie przebrzmiałych etycznych koncepcji, w tym etyki personalistycznej z jej poczwórnym argumentem. Wyzwaniom współczesności bardzo dobrze odpowiada etyka dyskursu, która odwołuje się do takiego sposobu uzasadniania norm i powinności, który może stanowić płaszczyznę możliwego porozumienia. Zasada dyskursu jest zarazem projekcją pewnego ładu społecznego, który zorientowany jest na zastępowanie walki i działań strategicznych dyskusją i argumentacją. W tym sensie sama formalna zasada dyskursu ma charakter normatywny i jest projekcją doniosłej moralnie formy współżycia, takiej mianowicie, która pozwala czuć się bezpiecznie w przestrzeni społecznej jednakowo dostępnej dla każdego.

The argument presented in the article serves to support the idea that there is no cognitive sense in revitalizing obsolete ethical concepts, including personalist ethics with its quadruple argument. The ethics of discourse is very well suited to contemporary challenges since its method of justifying norms and standards can provide a basis for consensus. The principle of discourse is also the projection of a social order which is focused on replacing combat and strategic operations by discussion and argument. In this sense, the same formal principle of discourse is normative and is the projection of an important moral form of coexistence, which allows one to feel secure in a social space that is equally accessible to everyone.

The article attempts to shed light on the issue of cultural change in Equatorial Africa. The model proposed is a movement along an Evolution → Diffusion → Evolution path. Social evolution as well as diffusionism comprises a cognitive consequence of cultural differentiation. Divergence in the levels of cultural socialization remains in direct proportion to the degree of the internal dynamics of a specific socio-cultural system. The domination of culture and the natural environment over the sphere of group interests elucidates the lack of endogenous modification and transformation. In this context education play a very significant role as a factor in changes in identity strategies.
