Barriers and Chances of Development of Nongovernmental Sector in Poland – an Empirical Example from Małopolska ProvinceThe paper presents barriers of development of nongovernmental organization in Poland. The investigative example are organization from Małopolska province. On basis of questionnaire investigations the authors identify number of barriers such as: the weakness of co-operation with public sector, the lack of consolidation in sector and the ineffective method of funding of third sector performance.
