W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia dynamiki organizacji, jej rodzaje i relacje. Następnie uwypuklono wpływ kreatywności na dynamikę organizacji, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem jej współzależności z tzw. dynamiczną równowagą organizacji. Niewątpliwie w turbulentnym otoczeniu równowaga staje się docelowym stanem, w którym kreatywność, a tym samym psychospołeczne aspekty organizacji zasadniczo wpływają na właściwe wykorzystanie potencjału i rozwój organizacji.

The article presents the issues of dynamism of organization, its types and relations. The influence of creativity on dynamism of organization, its relations with dynamic equilibrium was presented. Undoubtedly in turbulent environment the equilibrium becomes a definite state in which creativity and psycho-social aspects of organization essentially influence on utilizing of potential and development of organization.
