In recent years we have seen a spontaneous attempt to define the ethics of individual professions. A manifestation of this phenomenon are various codes of ethics developed, adopted or proposed in different environments and occupational groups. Often the consul-tations and discussions on ethical issues are also invited educators. Taken considerations also argue for the importance of ethics education work. Its problems lie in education, espe-cially in the ideas of education through work and for work that should not be indifferent to the educators. This ethic work will co-decide on future work, the quality and performance, reliability and conscientiousness.

Work is one of the paradoxes of human life. It is difficult to define its essence, the correct source, tasks, and roles in human life. Therefore, work in the scientific literature is understood ambiguous and multi-dimensional. The un-derstanding of this seems to express a special kind of process – activity, which is the cause of making a state of things – activity and effort to something, or change, or only maintain, produce, or reproduce, or inhibit the natural proc-esses of degradation. Therefore, the different configurations and different as-pects of work are understood subject of many scientific disciplines and types of knowledge. The development of civilization and culture is made possible by the fact that a man gathers goods that satisfy their needs.

At the beginning of the 21st century, reflection on the future of the labor market was linked to and is expected of European integration. Long-awaited membership in the European Community has introduced our country into a new European - global dimension. The presented analyzes of threats and challenges of the contemporary labor market make it possible to identify those issues and problems that should be addressed in the next few years and the pedagogy of work. Hence, the need for research on these issues, which translated into the language of education and training programs, should be useful for practitioners who acquire new skills and change the working environment. Pedagogy of work as a discipline integrated into the education system should constantly prepare the unit to function in a market economy. In order to meet today's needs, the professionalization process and the different social and professional roles that are increasingly evolving must continually adapt and improve the content, tasks, objectives and organization of education in the direction of the educational society in which education, work, social work, politics and economics are intertwined. An important role in the process of adaptation to the labor market should be played by the social debate and the institutions and non-governmental organizations. As European countries, they should become an important partner in the implementation of programs to prevent pathological phenomena in professional work.

The subject of the homeless is rarely raised by the media. In the press and on television there is information about them mostly when it comes to their death or substantial bodily injury. Homelessness is a social problem of an extreme, and the consequences – pathological. Therefore, you should write about it and talk to ex-plain to the public the causes, consequences and the risks associated with it. Many ways lead to knowledge and understanding of the causes of this problem. This social phenomenon of a global nature requires effective programs out of homelessness. They should be designed to help the unit in awareness of their own powerlessness and lack of skills, understanding the need to ask for help, winning trust and confidence, experience a sense of security resulting from their own actions and restoring hope.

The article aims to show the major labour market problems connected to economic and social changes which happened in Poland at the end of the 20th and at the beginning of the 21th century, and their practical implications for educational purposes. Their results are difficult to estimate as they are still in process. However, they are inarguably long-termed and long-lasting. The question emerges about the nature of radical changes in Poland in the last decade and their consequences. The diagnosis of these changes constitutes an important research subject as well as the theoretical reflection for sociologists, economists, pedagogues, psychologies as practical programs implemented in the educational policies of the country depend on its accuracy. The long-awaited membership in the European Union has transformed Poland into a new European-global dimension. It is marked with hypercompetition, free flow of human resources, new, flexible forms of employment, high unemployment rates in Europe, therefore a need for the scientists, practitioners and politicians to reflect on these in an attempt to find the solutions, not only to form questions. It is felt that a social debate as well as institutions and non-government organizations should play a vital role in adjusting to the new labour market. Similarly to other European countries, they should become an active partner in unemployment prevention programs.
