The article describes the status of the Macedonian linguistics bibliography, both printed and electronic versions. Referring to foreign systems (the Netherlands), the authors present fundamental assumptions for the online information system, based on a client-server architecture. They emphasise specific solutions, important for the Slavonic literature, like non-Latin (Cyrillic) alphabets and diacritic characters in written Slavonic languages.
