The article is devoted to the monitoring component of multicomponent system of scientific-methodological supply of professional-pedagogical culture formation of the future physical training and sport specialist in the process of professional training, which is a complex structured technology that includes conditions, objects, criteria, indicators, methods of diagnostics, and stages of monitoring. It has been offered to use category “professional suitability”, which is understood as dynamic, relatively stable, optimal level of combining biologically and socially preconditioned premise of a personality, which are necessary for successful professional activity in physical culture and sport sphere as the initial characteristic in formation of professional-pedagogical culture of the future physical training and sport specialist. Content of professional suitability of physical training and sport specialist comprises professional-pedagogical direction of a person, mental, physical (general and special physical) suitability, individual-psychological peculiarities of a personality. We have singled out professionally preconditioned peculiarities of professional suitability of the future specialist which take into consideration important qualities of a specialist. It has been shown, that on the basis of professional suitability of a student in the process of education competence (knowledge in the broad sense) is forming, in the process of professional activity in higher educational establishment and after higher school stage “professionalism” (skills in broad sense) and “professional skills” are forming as phenomena of high level of professional-pedagogical culture of physical training and sport specialist. On the basis of consideration of peculiarities and interdependence of components of professional-pedagogical culture of physical training and sport specialist we have developed the complex of criteria, indexes and methods of diagnostics for measuring levels of formation of studied personal phenomenon. We have proposed value motivational, gnostic-cognitive, activity procedural, creative criteria which act as characteristics of measurement, number measuring of which are indicators. Represented criteria and indicators give opportunity to realize monitoring of professional-pedagogical culture formation of the future physical training and sport specialist in the context of professional training of higher educational establishment which is understood as methodological apparatus of diagnostics which contains valid, reliable methods which serve as the basis for identification of quantity and quality characteristics of studied phenomenon.

The essence of professional pedagogical culture of physical training and sport specialist is revealed in the article.Basic notions such as «culture», «physical culture», «professional culture», «pedagogical culture», «professional competence» as parts of professional-pedagogical culture of specialist аre exposed. In the process of investigation we have found out that the professional-pedagogical culture of physical training and sport specialist combines the professional, pedagogical and personal aspects. They are combined functionally and by the content with other basic formations, first of all with general culture, professional competence that causes formation of social-pedagogical maturity of a specialist. Scientific knowledge about professional pedagogical culture of a specialist as integral social-pedagogical phenomenon that gains definiteness in the context of unity of a person’s physical culture, specialist’s culture and general culture has been deepened and extended. The essence of professional pedagogical specialist’s culture is considered as formation that consists of basic, general professional, professional specialization competences and professional significant characteristics of a person, which reveal integration of knowledge, skills, habits; personal, social and pedagogical abilities that is precondition of effective physical-pedagogical activity. It has been defined that professional-pedagogical culture is a systemic integrative formation of specialist’s personality as a subject of physical-pedagogical activity, as an expression of physical culture of a person, culture of specialist and general culture, as a generalized index of professional competence, basis of social-pedagogical maturity and the aim of professional self-perfection. Understanding of conception of physical culture of pupils’ personality allows making a conclusion that cultural formation of a personality is the basis for functioning of all components of physical culture because humanistic valued relations run through all its components. Professional and pedagogical culture is a common category that represents the social and cultural development as a specialist personal quality that defines sports and life position, social and educational maturity and socially useful activity personality and willingness to effectively solve problems of sports activities on the basis of existing knowledge, skills, values, professionally important qualities.

Essential characteristic of the notion «system of professional education of future teachers of physical training and sport» was revealed in the article on the basis of semantic analysis. The research is oriented at modernization of higher special physical culture education on the basis of European integration processes. The analysis of represented explanations of the main notions has shown, that the main characteristics of category system are its completeness as an object; the presence of set of its elements, which take exactly definite places; the presence of mutual relations and connections between elements, that form its completeness. The peculiarity of investigated category is its social and cultural direction (educational, upbringing, curative, sport etc.) within education that realizes itself in the process of higher special physical culture education as a part of world educational process. The professional education of future physical training and sport specialists is considered as a process which reflects scientifically and methodologically substantiated measures of higher educational establishments, it is aimed at formation of persons’ professional competence level in the educational process, it is sufficient for organization of physical training of different stratums of society, for successful work in all sections of sports movement taking into consideration modern demands of labor market. The European Higher Education Area is considered not only as a new system of learning management, but also as a sphere of cooperation and exchange on the basis of open standards. Building of the European higher special physical education area obliges clear determination of its peculiarities, which depends on the type of higher education establishment (University of physical education and sport, Academia of physical culture, physical culture department of pedagogical university etc.) and consider the results of Bologna conception realization. Further research will focus on the basic elements of development, modernization and integration processes in higher special physical education, to establish fundamental determinants and characteristics of activity of subjects of the Bologna process.

In the article we have built an integrative-functional model of professional-pedagogical culture of a future physical training and sport specialist in the process of professional training on the basis of systematic, culturological, axiological, anthropological, person-centered and competence methodological approaches and synergetic paradigm of isomorphism of education and culture taking into account the concept of educational system modelling. The model as a conditional analogue of a professional-pedagogical culture of a future specialist formation process that responds to its personal-social pedagogical essence that has been discovered in systemic-synergetic interconnections of conceptual-purpose, content-structural, operational, technological and evaluative-effective components of training that lies in the dynamic integration complexness. Conceptual-purpose component represents socially preconditioned and personally interpreted aim and final result concerning professional-pedagogical culture of a future physical training and sport specialist’s level. Content-structural component is a totality of structural-functional educational content components which are united in the program of a future specialist’s professional-pedagogical culture formation. Operational model component forecasts innovative renovation of system of professional-pedagogical culture through the determination of stages, methods and means of its formation improvement, activity organisational forms and spheres, their adaptation to the higher school conditions. Technological component provides solutions of constructive-predictive tasks, the essence of which is in the realisation of organisational-pedagogical conditions and interdisciplinary course “Special physical-cultural education and a specialist’s culture”. Evaluative-effective component makes possible singling out criteria, markers and revelation of a future specialist of physical training and sport professional-pedagogical culture formation levels on the basis of professional-pedagogical culture formation process monitoring. The prospects of further studies are associated with the development of modern scientific and methodological support of professional and pedagogical culture formation of a future physical education and sport specialist in the process of professional training.

The structure and content of the physical culture of the pupils’ personality is theoretically proved in the article. Physical culture is considered as an integrative personal formation that includes a system of means, methods and results of physical activity which is aimed to perceive, renovate, create and spread values of physical culture. On the basis of studying biological, psychological and social structures of the personality the basic components of the physical culture of the pupils’ personality are distinguished: cognitive, operational-procedural, personal and axiological, that extrapolate the physical culture of the personality as a system formation of content, activity and a personal character and the components of the system have its own structure and content. The physical culture of the personality is forming in the process of internaligation of cultural and educational capability by a personality and also in the result of accumulation of physical activity experience and filling it with a personal content. Understanding the conception of the physical culture of the pupils’ personality allows us making a conclusion that the cultural formation of a personality is the basis for functioning of all components of physical culture because humanistic valued relations run through all its components. The axiological component, which is a normative core of a personality, serves as a system forming element in physical culture and determinates the peculiarity of discovering other components. At the same time the development of other components consolidates moral valued stem of a personality and ensures the formation of the physical culture of the personality in the process of direct interplay.
