Risk assessment is an important task of risk management. It must take various aspects into consideration. For this reason the risk management involves various scientific disciplines: mathematics, psychology, law etc. Every institution must deal with many different kinds of risk. The question is: in order to ensure the continuation of the company, is it important to assess individual risk or to identify and evaluate the entire overall risk to the enterprise. This article aims to present a method of calculating the total organizational risk in relation to the ROI-return on investment (justifying the critical importance of profit [loss] in ensuring the continued operation of the entity).

Przedstawiona jest forma planów w układzie zadaniowym, która wydaje się być najbardziej korzystna z punktu widzenia samej organizacji oraz podmiotu założycielskiego.

Identification and assessment of risk-especially in small and medium-sized enterprises - from the beginning were the part of the topics of research scientists. Significant investments are also related to the implementation and correct application of quantitative measures of risk assessment. The article compares the important quantitative measures of risk and presents their practical calculation. The paper shows the correct interpretation of the results of calculations, that should be helpful in decision-making by managers.

The supply risk analysis process in small and medium enterprises The identification and evaluation of risk, especially in small and medium enterprises - has been a topic of examination by scientists from the very beginning. Expenditure connected with the implementation and proper execution of risk measurement methods is also of prominent importance. Every organization must face risk during its operation. Quick identification and effective evaluation of its level makes it possible to maintain fluidity of activities on the market at a constant level. In the majority of cases, such processes are not formalized and they take place intuitively. Implementation of a formalized process of risk analysis is beneficial for companies, especially in the field of business decision making. The aim of this paper is to present the process of risk analysis in an exemple company and to present possibilities for its implementation in small and medium enterprises.

Proces analizy ryzyka zaopatrzenia w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach Identyfikacja i ocena ryzyka - zwłaszcza w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach - należały od początku do tematów badawczych naukowców. Znaczące są również nakłady związane z wdrożeniem i poprawnym zastosowaniem ilościowych miar oceny ryzyka. Każda organizacja musi stawić czoła ryzyku w swojej działalności. Szybka identyfikacja i sprawne oszacowanie jego wielkości pozwala na utrzymanie wysokiej aktywności na rynku. W większości przypadków procesy te nie są sformalizowane i zachodzą intuicyjnie. Wdrożenie sformalizowanego procesu analizy ryzyka przynosi organizacjom korzyści związane przede wszystkim w zakresie podejmowania decyzji biznesowych. Celem tego artykułu jest przedstawienie procesu analizy ryzyka na przykładowym przedsiębiorstwie oraz zaprezentowanie możliwości jego zastosowania w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach.

Opisano problematykę rozwoju statków autonomicznych oraz scharakteryzowano najważniejsze wyzwania. Przedstawiono spektrum zastosowań i możliwości statków bezzałogowych w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa. Obecnie duże nadzieje pokłada się w funkcjonowaniu statków bezzałogowych. Mają być nie tylko bardziej ekonomiczne, ale także przyczyniać się do ochrony środowiska. Opracowanie technologii pozwalającej na budowę statków i ich bezpieczną eksploatację to nie jedyne zadanie stojące przed entuzjastami żeglugi autonomicznej. Ważne jest również opracowanie i wdrożenie odpowiednich ram regulacyjnych, które pozwolą na legalną eksploatację takich statków

The main goal of the article is to present the problems of the development of autonomous ships and to characterize the most important challenges. The article provides a description of autonomous ships and studies the existing relevant projects. It presents a spectrum of applications and possibilities of unmanned ships in the field of security. Currently, high hopes are placed on the functioning of unmanned ships. They are not only to be more economical but also to contribute to environmental protection. Developing a technology that allows the construction of ships and their safe operation is not the only task faced by enthusiasts of unmanned vessels. It is also important to develop and implement proper regulatory framework that will allow the legal operation of such ships.
