The paper presents a new understanding of freedom. It refers to the concept of ideology and the interpellation of Louis Althusser. In this new perspective freedom is a phenomenon from the sphere of social communication, and, more broadly, a process of socialization, in which plays the role of a subtle medium of interiorization of ideolog-ical philosophical universalisms. This specific role of freedom and especially its preva-lence in the contemporary world has its fundamental anchored in the common within the framework of capitalism society private ownership of the workforce.

Artykuł analizuje różne rozumienia czasu: czas jako trwanie, cykliczność, zmiana, rozwój, postęp, rewolucja, tradycja, zwyczaj, transgresja, praktyka, jako splot różnych społecznych i historycznych praktyk kreowany przez postępującą globalizację. Zawiera także próbę konfrontacji ludzkiej podmiotowości czasów globalizacji z oświeceniowym projektem człowieka.

The article analyses different understandings of time: time as duration, cyclicality, change, development, progress, revolution, tradition, custom, transgression, practice or, finally, a convolution of various social and historical practices created by progressing globalisation. It tries to confront the human subjectivity in the time of globalisation with the Enlightenment project of man.
