Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie koncepcji handlu społecznościowego jako alternatywnej formy inwestowania dla nieprofesjonalnych inwestorów. Praca wykorzystuje metodę analizy i krytyki piśmiennictwa oraz metodę badań dokumentów i wnioskowanie. Przeprowadzone analizy wskazują, że handel społecznościowy jest atrakcyjną alternatywą dla tradycyjnego inwestowania lub funduszy inwestycyjnych. Jest dobrym sposobem budowania relacji między inwestorami, poznania ich punktów widzenia, omówienia technik. Nie jest to jednak rozwiązanie pozbawione wad. Koncept ten, który zakłada kopiowanie lub powielanie strategii innych graczy, bez względu na to, jak bardzo doświadczony jest podmiot, nie gwarantuje zysku.

The purpose of this article is to analyse the emigration of Poles before and after Polish accession to the European Union. The phenomenon of emigration is an essential component of contemporary international social and economic relations. Its directions and causes, changing in time, are the basis for conducting research into this process. The following article concentrates on the causes, extent, and main directions of foreign emigration of Poles since 1989. The article is divided into two parts. The first part characterizes the researched phenomenon between the years 1989 and 2004. In the second part, the author focuses on the analysis of the foreign emigration of Poles since Poland’s accession to the European Union. The study uses adocument research method, statistical method and literature analysis.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest prezentacja wyników analizy sprawności działania sektora publicznego w Polsce oraz opis strategii „Sprawne Państwo 2020”, której realizacja w latach 2013–2020 może stanowić rozwiązanie dla bieżących problemów państwa. Artykuł podzielony został na dwie części. W pierwszej z nich przedstawiona jest ogólna kondycja instytucji publicznych (administracja publiczna) oraz stosunek obywateli do ich funkcjonowania w Polsce. W kolejnej części scharakteryzowane zostały cele szczegółowe strategii „Sprawne Państwo 2020” oraz wybrane działania, które rozpoczęto lub zrealizowano w ramach strategii w 2013 r. oraz 2014 r. Autorka w swych badaniach wykorzystała metodę analizy i krytyki piśmiennictwa, statystyczną oraz badań dokumentów.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the efficiency of the public sector in Poland and describe the strategy “Sprawne Państwo 2020,” whose implementation in 2013-2020 may provide a solution to the current problems of the state. Article is divided into two parts. The first one is the general condition of the public institutions (public administration) and the ratio of citizens to their functioning in Poland. In the next part of the specific objectives were described strategy of “Sprawne Państwo 2020” and selected activities that are underway or completed in the framework of the strategy in 2013. and 2014 . The author in his study used a method of analysis and criticism of literature, statistical and research documents.
