Zarządzanie strategiczne jako kierunek w naukach organizacji i zarządzania wykreowano jako swoistą odpowiedź na sytuacje nieciągłości i dużą turbulencję otoczenia. Zarządzanie strategiczne jest z jednej strony dziedziną wiedzy, z drugiej zaś konkretną działalnością praktyczną prowadzoną przez przedsiębiorstwa, której współczesnym kierunkiem rozwoju jest problematyka zmian strategicznych. Celem referatu jest przeprowadzenie dyskusji na temat stanu obecnego zmian strategicznych oraz identyfikacja i ocena skłonności przedsiębiorstw do wprowadzania zmian strategicznych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem podmiotów działających w branży budowlanej. W referacie przedstawiono badania własne przeprowadzone metodą ankietową wśród przedsiębiorstw budowlanych zlokalizowanych na Dolnym Śląsku.

Strategic management as a direction in organizational and management sciences was created as a kind of response to discontinuities and high turbulence of the environment. Strategic management is, on the one hand, a field of knowledge, and on the other hand, a specific practical activity carried out by enterprises whose current direction of development is the problem of strategic changes. The aim of the paper is to discuss the current state of strategic changes as well as to identify and assess the willingness of enterprises to introduce strategic changes with particular emphasis on entities operating in the building industry. The study presents own research carried out by the survey method among building enterprises located in Lower Silesia.
