Methods to Assess the Competiveness of the Food Industry

There were analyzed the main aspects of the assessment of the competitiveness of the food industry. It was found that the choice of methods is a key decision that should satisfy functional completeness and accuracy of the assessment and achieve a reduction in time and cost to its definition. Results of the analysis showed a lack of flexibility of the known methods of quantifying the competitiveness of products and the complexity of their practical use in the projections. The author offered an effective method for quantitative evaluation of the competitiveness of products, which was developed by R.M Petukhov and K.R. Nurmaganbetov.

Analizowano główne aspekty oceny konkurencyjności przemysłu spożywczego. Stwierdzono, że wybór metod jest kluczową decyzją, która powinna zadowolić funkcjonalne oceny kompletności oraz dokładności i osiągnąć redukcję czasu i kosztów jego definicji. Wyniki analizy wykazały brak elastyczności ze znanych metod ilościowego konkurencyjności wyrobów i złożoność ich praktycznego zastosowania w prognozach. Autor zaproponował skuteczną metodę ilościowej oceny konkurencyjności wyrobów przemysłu spożywczego, która została opracowana przez R.M. Petukhova i K.R. Nurmaganbetova.
