The aim of the article is the pedagogical work in terms of development of personal and professional competence of students at pedagogical faculties. A review of definitional concepts of creativity and teaching creativity in relation to future teachers work has been performed. The article considers the specifics of development on students' creativity.
Human work is a key value, which the competent actualization contributes to building a positive life. It was assumed that the value of work cannot be understood without exploring human values. The man can be understood only through the prism of his work. Making attempts to classify the value of work in the axiological way, we accept that this value is created on the foundation of autotelic: Goodness, Truth and Beauty. The work itself is the heterolitic value constituting the grounds for the formation of other values.
The work is a very important value in the life of every human being. At each stage of ontogeny education both objective and effect should be present. Through the work a man develops as a human person, therefore building own axiological space. The subject of theoretical analysis is axiological capturing of work with special attention to its social value. The catalogue of values is presented, which in relation with work constitutes to its social dimension.
The aim of this paper is to discuss the objectives of education to the value of work in contemporary school. The content and scope of the concept of work as an educational value, upbringing and education to the value of work in terms of ways of its realization. The role of education through work by working towards an axiological area of student is emphasized greatly.
