W artykule opisano zagadnienia związane z wykorzystywaniem filozofii Kaizen w przedsiębiorstwach poligraficznych. Podano m.in. przykłady z praktyki przemysłowej potwierdzające zasadność tego typu działań. Oprócz filozofii KAIZEN omówione zostały m.in. podejście systemowe, procesowe oraz instrumenty wykorzystywane do zarządzania jakością.

The article describes issues related to the use of Kaizen philosophy printing enterprises. Given , among others, examples from industrial practice confirming the validity of this type of action. In addition to the Kaizen philosophy they were discussed, among others, system approach, process and tools used to manage quality.

Artykuł ma charakter teoretyczno-badawczego studium przypadku. Przedmiotem rozważań teoretycznych są zagadnienia związane z jakością oraz podstawowe informacje dotyczące stosowania metody QFD. Niniejszy artykuł zawiera opracowaną autorską ankietę do oceny poziomu spełnienia wymagań usług poligraficznych skierowaną do klientów. Wyniki przeprowadzonych badań ankietowych zostały zestawione w macierzy zwanej „domem jakości”. Implikacje praktyczne wynikają z przeprowadzenia badań ankietowych rynku poligraficznego oraz analizie uzyskanych wyników. Istotą zaproponowanego podejścia było ustalenie, czy metoda QFD może być pomocna w celu weryfikacji poziomu jakości wyrobów i usług poligraficznych na tle innych firm konkurencyjnych. Zaprezentowane wyniki pozwoliły stwierdzić, że metoda QFD nadaje się jako zaawansowane narzędzie pomiaru poziomu jakości wytwarzanych produktów przedsiębiorstwa „Etigraf”, a także zadowolenia klientów, a jej zastosowanie przyniosło pozytywny skutek.

This article is a theoretical-research case study. The subject of theoretical considerations are quality evaluation and basic information about QFD method application. The article presents conducted author’s survey for evaluation of quality level of printing services requirements for customers. The results of the survey were summarized in a matrix called “quality house”. practical implications arise from the conduct of printing market research and analyzing the results. The essence of the proposed approach was to determine that QFD method can be useful for verification of quality level of printing products and services in comparison of the other competitors. The presented results revealed that QFD method is suitable as advanced tool for measurement of quality level for manufactured products of the company “Etigraf”, and also for customer satisfaction, this method brings a positive effect.
