Internet wywodzi się z projektów wojskowych, lecz stał się pierwszym elektronicznym śro-dowiskiem komunikacji społecznej. Funkcjonalność Internetu pozwala wykorzystywać go do różnych celów, nie zawsze etycznych, czy zgodnych z prawem. Ciemna strona Internetu – darknet, jest wykorzystywana do wielu celów. Szczególne miejsce w tym opracowaniu ma kontekst insty-tucjonalnego cyberterroryzmu w Internecie. Zostały też opisane typy ataków sieciowych dla celów prowadzenia działań destrukcyjnych i inwigilacji. Celem jest deskrypcja środowiska społecznego sieci dla uzyskania obrazu tak kontrowersyjnych zastosowań informatyki.

The Internet originates from military projects, but became the first electronic communication environment. The functionality of the Internet allows to use it for various purposes, does not al-ways ethical or lawful. The dark side of the Internet – Darknet, is used for many purposes. The special place in this paper is the institutional context of cyber-terrorism on the Internet. In this paper have also been described types of network attacks for the purpose of conducting destructive activities and surveillance. The aim is description of the social environment network to obtain an image of controversial applications of computer science.

Idea nauczania programowanego w perspektywie rozwoju form kształcenia wykorzystujących społeczną przestrzeń Internetu

Współczesne formy kształcenia zawierające się w potocznie zwanym e-learningu posiadają rozwiniętą sferę zarządzania wirtualną przestrzenią kształcenia – tzw. platformę edukacyjną. Można ją uznać za instytucję organizującą kształcenie, np. kurs on-line podnoszący kwalifikacje. Organizacja procesu nauczania-uczenia się to zupełnie coś innego i wypada przedstawić zarys nauczania programowanego, od którego wywodzą się wszelkie formy organizowania – preparacji treści kształcenia dla edukacji on-line. Wiele projektów i wdrożeń z zakresu nauczania programowanego zostało zaimplementowanych w nauczaniu wspomaganym komputerowo (CAI – ang. Computer Assisted Instruction), a te z kolei stanowiły bazę do realizacji kursów, szkoleń i zajęć lekcyjnych w formie e-learningu. Taką perspektywę rozwoju dla e-learningu zaprezentowano w niniejszym opracowaniu.

Contemporary forms of education included in commonly referred to e-learning have a well-developed management sphere of the virtual education space – so-called education platform. The platform can be considered as an institution organising education, such as an on-line course raising qualifications. The organisation of a teaching-learning process is absolutely a different issue and it seems to be advisable to present the outline of programmed instruction from which originate all forms of organisation – preparation of contents of education for on-line education. A number of projects and implementations on programmed teaching have been introduced to computer assisted instruction, which in turn constituted a base for realisation of courses, trainings and lessons in form of e-learning. Such development prospects for e-learning are presents in this study.

Cyberprzestrzeń od swych początków była zorientowana na swych użytkowników. Pozwala-ła zaspokajać potrzeby komunikacyjne i informacyjne. Ważnym obszarem oddziaływania cyber-przestrzeni są jej możliwości edukacyjne. Każdy, kto ma dostęp do Internetu może z tych możli-wości korzystać, bez względu na płeć, wiek, czy wyznawane poglądy. Istotą prezentacji są te współczesne technologie i usługi dostępne w cyberprzestrzeni, które najbardziej są przydatne dla procesów kształcenia przez całe życie.

The cyberspace from its inception was oriented to users. It allows meet communication and in-formation needs. The important area of cyberspace influence are the educational possibilities. Everyone, who has access to the Internet, can benefit from these possibilities, regardless of gender, age, or presented views. The essence of the presentation are those available in the cyberspace modern technologies and services, which are most useful for the processes of lifelong learning.

Edukacyjne zastosowania Internetu można wartościować na różne sposoby. Te związane z e- -learningiem doczekały się bardzo pragmatycznych modeli oceny efektywności tej formy kształcenia. Istotne znaczenie ma wpisywanie się e-learningu w istniejącą kulturę edukacji, co w badaniach diagnostycznych starano się odnotować w pierwszej dekadzie XXI wieku. Stąd też prezentacja wyników i refleksji z badań opinii młodego pokolenia i ich nauczycieli przedmiotów informatycznych.

The Educational use of the Internet, you can estimate a variety of ways. Those related to elearning lived to see a very pragmatic models assessing of the effectiveness of this form of education. It is important to enter the e-learning into the existing culture of education, which I tried to diagnostic tests recorded in the first decade of the twenty-first century. Hence, I present the results and reflections from surveys of the younger generation and their teachers of IT.

Rozwój ICT wpływa znacząco na obszar kultury technicznej. W programach nauczania ICT pomijane są zagadnienia prawidłowej i bezpiecznej eksploatacji urządzeń i oprogramowania. Te elementy mają istotne znaczenie dla wzrostu poziomu kultury technicznej, która w innych obszarach jest kształcona prawidłowo. Zaprezentowano cele i treści kształcenia, odpowiednie dla podniesienia poziomu kultury technicznej, które są implikowane upowszechnieniem zdobyczy ICT.

The ICT development has significant effects on the area of technical culture. In the ICT cur-riculum issues of proper and safe operation of equipment and software are ignored. These elements are important for the growth of the level of technical culture, which in other areas is educated properly. The objectives and content of education appropriate to raise the level of technical cul-ture, which are implied by the spread of ICT achievements, are presented.
