W artykule zanalizowano proces przemian planistyczno-przestrzennych i przyrodniczo-krajobrazowych na obszarach podmiejskich w gminach położonych w sąsiedztwie Rzeszowa (Krasne), Poznania (Kleszczewo) i Opola (Dąbrowa). Przebadano wybrane zmiany funkcjonalno-przestrzenne i związki, zachodzące między gminami miejskimi i miastami, zwracając uwagę na konsekwencje zacierania się granicy pom iędzy obszarami miast i otaczających je gmin wiejskich oraz homogenizacji przestrzeni krajobrazowej. Opisane przeobrażenia zostały poddane krytyce.

This paper analyses the processes of planning and spatial, natural and landscaping transformations occurring on the suburban areas of the municipalities surrounding Rzeszów (Krasne), Poznań (Kleszczewo), and Opole (Dąbrowa). The authors studied selected functional and spatial transformations and the relationships occurring between urban municipalities and their cities, paying attention to the consequences of blurring boundaries between the urban areas of the surrounding rural municipalities, with landscaping homogenisation. The described transformations were subjected to critical evaluation.
