The article presents the results of the functional state of the upper limbs study of children aged 5-10 with spastic forms of cerebral paralysis. Such methods were used: pedagogical observation, goniometry, carpal dynamometry, modified Ashworth scale of muscle spasticity. The study involved 58 children aged 5–10 with spastic forms of cerebral paralysis: spastic diplegia, tetraparesis, hemiparesis. The pedagogical observation was conducted during the regime moments and education of children in a rehabilitation center. According to the results of the pedagogical observation 96,6 % of children revealed the presence of characteristic pathological installation of the upper limbs in upright posture. Discoordination hand movements during the substantive action was observed among all children; severe deficiency of fine motor skills – in 67,3 %. 93 % of the children had pathological synkinesis. Explicit imitation synkineses is observed in hemiparetic form of cerebral paralysis. Most children with hemiparesis tended to ignore the affected limb during the bimanual manipulation. The nature and degree of lesion of upper limbs of the children with cerebral paralysis vary widely. The study of joints mobility of upper limbs has ascertained a decrease of the amplitude predominantly active movements, especially in the elbow and wrist joints. The indicators of passive mobility were not significantly different from the norm. The average spasticity of the upper limbs was 2,2±0,3 on a 4-point scale Ashworth. As a result of carpal dynamometry of preschool children the muscle strength of the right hand was below the norm by 42,7 %, of the left hand - by 48,1%. Children of primary school age - respectively 33 % and 29,6 %. The lowest indicators were recorded among the children with hemiparesis in the study of the affected limb. The results of the study ascertained the disorders of the functional state of upper limbs of all children with spastic forms of cerebral paralysis. The most pronounced manifestation of the syndrome of motor disorders is observed among the children with spastic diplegia and hemiparesis moderate. The results are close to the data presented in the scientific papers by other scientists. Prospects of further scientific studies are to find new approaches to improve the correction-pedagogical activity and rehabilitation of the children with cerebral paralysis.

The article contains theoretical approaches to the organization of art therapy process in the system of recreational and sports work with children of preschool age. The attempt to deal with the problem of theoretical analysis of opportunity for the adoption of art therapy technologies with preschool children for their health and physical activity is very timely. It is a major survey and overview of a field which has a distinguished ancestry and has achieved increasing popularity in recent years with the purpose of deeper and more exact understanding of the conception of art therapy, to increase greatly stock of knowledge about, to open up new areas of this research. The present research draws attention to the often neglected topic of use art therapy with the purpose of health strengthening technologies for preschool children. The aim of the study is to report on the context of using art therapy for preschool children with health strengthening technologies, to provide an up-to-date explanation of the meaning of «art therapy», «means of art therapy». The research is dedicated to the urgent psychological and pedagogical problem of cognitive and artistic development of preschool children by means of art therapy. The components of the formation of health of preschool children were determined and were taken into consideration while creating a didactical and methodological system for improving health of the children by means of art therapy. Results. The meaning of «art therapy», «means of art therapy», «an art therapy process», «health strengthening technologies», «art therapy technologies» have been refined and concretized. Understanding of the integration health strengthening and art therapy technologies has been improved. The content of the methodology represents a complex integration of art therapy technologies for the purpose of formation the components of health which effect activity on preschool children. The methods used in the study are innovative. It has been established that the use of means of art therapy of preschool children for personal formation opens new opportunities for successful social integration and education at sсhool. Prospects of further scientific studies sees in using the peculiarities of art therapy process for children in the conditions of integration education; finding a solution of improving the children’s health, extending the work to embrace connection of art therapy with the medicine and education science for the purpose of substantiation of health strengthening technologies and art therapy technologies for children with different disabilities.

The starting theoretical position of any research is the elucidation and clarification of the basic concepts definition for further understanding of the essence of research object. The purpose of the research is clarification of the definition "professional training of future masters in physical rehabilitation in higher education institutions". Material: legislative documents, scientific researches of pedagogues, psychologists, physicians were processed. Results: based on the system and content analysis the definition of the concepts of "professional training", "physical rehabilitation", "future expert in physical rehabilitation", "Master in physical rehabilitation" was clarified. The application of the provisions of the system and the competence-based methodological approaches, principles of scientific character, integration, integrity gives the opportunity to clarify that "preparation" is the process and result of learning (the formation of readiness), readiness – status and quality of personality characteristics of the state, which assume a certain level of preparedness, and "preparedness" is the result of specialist’s training. Physical rehabilitation is defined as restoration (or compensation) partially or completely disrupted (lost) body functions and working capacity of sick and disabled people by means of exercise therapy, massage, physiotherapy, natural factors. Master in physical rehabilitation is characterized as socially active, with innovative thinking, competitive specialist of the sphere of rehabilitation activities in the field of physical culture, sport and health, education, health, social protection, which combines research, advisory and practical work that focuses on recovery, secondary prevention and rehabilitation of various population groups. Conclusion: we characterize the professional training of future masters in physical rehabilitation in higher education institutions as a system of psychological and pedagogical, scientific and practical, organizational and research interrelated activities that reflect the specifics of the educational process and are obtained on getting qualification, which will allow them effectively complete professional tasks of innovative nature concerning the implementation of scientific and professional activity in the market of rehabilitation services.
