Artykuł przedstawia metodologiczne podstawy funkcjonowania międzysektorowego partnerstwa społecznego. Opisuje pozycjonowanie organizacji non-profit oraz ich klasyfikację. Metodą częściowo sformalizowanego wywiadu, na potrzeby badania, otrzymano opinie ekspertów na temat skutków społeczno-gospodarczych oraz ograniczeń w realizacji partnerstwa społeczno-państwowego, publiczno-prywatnego oraz publiczno-indywidualnego. W artykule ponadto wyróżnione zostały problemy z zakresu pomocy państwa organizacjom pozarządowymi oraz zalecenia w sprawie sposobów ich rozwiązywania.

The article provides a methodological basis of the nature, types, and principles of inter-sectoral social partnership and a description of the positioning of nonprofit organizations and their classification. Method of semi-formalized interviews obtained an expert opinion on the socio-economic effects and limitations of the implementation of public-private, public and individual partnerships. The author highlighted the problem of state support from NGOs and recommendations on ways to solve it.
