W dalszej części publikacji omówiono funkcjonowanie systemu finansowania zadań oświatowych, akcentując rolę części oświatowej subwencji ogólnej i prezentując mechanizm jej podziału w świetle aktualnych regulacji prawnych. This article discusses the legislative solutions regarding the setting up and running of educational institutions by local government units in Poland, based on the analysis of legal acts and available literature. The further part of the publication concerns the operation of the system of financing educational tasks, with the emphasis on the role of the educational part of the general subsidy, as well as presents the mechanism of the subsidy’s division in the light of current legal regulations. The publication concludes with the summary of key points.

The development of the global financial markets and the emergence of new financial products require a new viewpoint of the financial education of society and its role in the management of personal finances. In the herein paper, the author at hand describes the significance of financial education in terms of the management of personal finances, while also presenting the results of research on the financial awareness of Polish society conducted by various institutions and indicat-ing the directions of changes in the area of financial education.

Treść artykułu koncentruje się wokół zagadnień związanych z pozyskiwaniem środków na aktywizację zawodową osób z niepełnosprawnością i ich transferem do jednostek samorządowych. Autorka przedstawiła uwarunkowania prawne wspierania przez państwo rehabilitacji zawodowej osób niepełnosprawnych, wskazała rolę Państwowego Funduszu Rehabilitacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych jako beneficjenta środków pieniężnych na realizację zadań związanych z aktywizacją zawodową osób z dysfunkcjami oraz wyjaśniła zasady redystrybucji tych środków do samorządów powiatowych i wojewódzkich.

The content of this paper concentrates on the issues associated with the acquisition of resources for the professional activation of people with disabilities and their transfer to the self-governing units. The author at hand presented the legislative conditions for state aid of the profes-sional rehabilitation of disabled people, while also indicating the role of the State Rehabilitation Fund for Disabled People as the beneficiary of the financial resources for the realization of tasks connected with the professional activation of people with disabilities, as well as explaining the principles of the redistribution of these funds to the municipal and provincial self-governments.
