The ideas of Bakunin are usually dismissed as eclectic, unoriginal, and superficial. Post-anarchist philosophers, inspired by post-structuralism tend to neglect Bakunin’s legacy and look to other anarchist classical thinkers, Max Stirner mostly. Those of contemporary anarchist writers who return to Bakunin to oppose post-anarchism, present „liberal” and „marxist” interpretations of his thought, both unconvincing. The aim of this paper is to show that Bakunin’s philosophy has much more to offer, when given re-reading informed by the so-called Italian theory, and analysed in terms of combining dialectical (post-Hegelian) thinking of power and materialist, pluralist view of multiple points of resistance. Bakunin’s thought is presented in the context of the political theology and class-oriented theory of exploitation.
Te article describes the regional variations in the use of the Internet in primary, lower-secondary and secondary schools in Podlaskie and Mazowieckie provinces. School sites were analyzed in terms of functionality, standards and the use of new forms and methods of creating the image of the website. Te results showed diferent levels of the use of Internet technologies and the opportunities associated with them. What surprises is the minimal degree of utilization of two-way communication with the available tools and programs designed for this purpose.
This paper presents three autobiographical accounts by Etla (Edwarda) Bomsztyk (1899–1973), a Jewish house maid. Two of these unique testimonies (one published in Yiddish in 1959, the other recorded in Polish in 1966) focus on Bomsztyk’s political activity. This activity encompasses organizing domestic servants into unions in Warsaw in the 1920s, membership in the Bund and the Communist Party of Poland, and political imprisonment. The third account, written in Polish in 1953 and never before published, sits outside any institutional context. This consists in a personal narration on childhood in a small-town Jewish family, migration to Warsaw, poverty and suffering, first readings, loneliness and revolt. The aim of this paper is to reveal the tension that exists between these three texts. That is, between two accounts of political militancy on the one hand, and with early experiences that, though a prerequisite for Bomsztyk’s later political engagement, nevertheless could not be fully articulated within communist party discourse.

Trzyczęściowe wspomnienia Etli (Edwardy) Bomsztyk (1899–1973) są świadectwem o szczególnym znaczeniu, zapisem losu kobiety, Żydówki, służącej. Dwie części – jedna opublikowana w języku żydowskim w 1959 roku, druga nagrana w języku polskim w roku 1966 i przechowywana w Archiwum Akt Nowych – dotyczą działalności politycznej autorki: organizatorki związków zawodowych pomocy domowych w Warszawie w okresie międzywojennym, członkini Bundu i KPP, wreszcie – więźniarki politycznej.
As a result of the analysis of general strike, undertaken after 1905 byRosa Luxemburg and Georges Sorel, the boundaries between classical anarchismand orthodox Marxism were blurred. Their vision of spontaneous revolutionarymass movement became a driving force of „new left” activism in the ‚60s and, atthe same time, a starting point for debates concerning concepts of class and consciousnessand the problem of revolutionary political organisation. In the mid-80s,Chantal Mouffe and Ernesto Laclau turned to the heritage of Luxemburg and Sorelto deal with what they perceived as a serious crisis of the left. The aim of this paperis to reexamine the ideas of Luxembourg and Sorel, as well as some of its interpretations,in the context of three revolutionary strategies formulated today – thepractice of the alter-globalization and the Zapatista movement, the universalism ofAlain Badiou, and the philosophy of Giorgio Agamben.

The subject of the paper is a unique autobiographical text written in interwar Poland by a Jewish anarchist. A small booklet in Yiddish, Memuarn oder shpliters fun a lebn fun Leybn (also known as Memuarn fun Leybn) was published in 1933 in Łódź; the Polish translation appeared in 2017 under the title Memuary albo okruchy z życia Lejba. In the first part of the paper the author of the text, Leyb Berkenvald, known as “Leyb the Anarchist,” is identified and described, with a focus on the social milieu to which he belonged, and his position on the map of interwar anarchism. In the second part, Leyb’s autobiography is analyzed from the perspective of the microhistory of affects to reveal an alternative form of male subjectivity emerging from the text, which countered the dominant, heteronormative model of masculinity. This specific form of subjectivity is interpreted – both in its hopes and disappointments – in the context of an unattainable messianic community which Leyb strove to conceive.

Planning documents define the possible functions of particular land and therefore determine the market potential and the value of real estate properties. This paper aims to identify the relationship between the stages of the planning process and the price of property. As an example, here served Oborniki Śląskie in Lower Silesia voivodeship. The different functional areas designated in this municipality, compiling data on the number of transactions and on the average price in the purchase / sale transactions per 1 m2 of land for the last 10 years have been analysed. The results of this study show some visible changes on the real estate market that can be associated with the adoption of particular planning documents.
