The author of article takes problems about role logistics in the public administration. In the article author shows haw the logistic can change public administration. In this time the main role in logistics service in public organization (including voivodship office) play warehouse economy (including warehouse appliances), procurement, transport. Other important area of logistics in Office (the public administration) is crisis management. Besides, the public administration sometimes is the part of supply chain of many companies (enterprise). In the future probably role of logistic in the public administration will increase.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie podstawowych zagadnień związanych z bezpieczeństwem informacji w procesach logistycznych. Informacja jest bardzo ważnym aktywem niezbędnym do sprawnego realizowania zadań w każdej organizacji. W związku z tym bezpieczeństwo informacji stanowi istotny obszar zarządzania organizacjami. Procesy logistyczne wymagają stałego wsparcia informatycznego w celu przetwarzania danych niezbędnych do realizacji określonych czynności oraz usług logistycznych. Bezpieczeństwo informacji jest zagadnieniem, które będzie nadal się rozwijać wraz z postępem technologicznym oraz rosnącą liczbą użytkowników. Można domniemywać, że również procesy logistyczne będą wymagać ciągłego doskonalenia w obszarze bezpieczeństwa informacji

This article presents basic issues related to information security in logistics processes. Firstly, the author presents basic issues related to information security in any organization. Moreover, the author shows the areas of information security management in logistic systems. Logistics processes require IT support to process the data necessary to carry out specific tasks. Information security is now a very important area of organizational man-agement. It can be assumed that also the logistics processes will require continuous improvement in the area of information security.

The idea of the internal audit is relatively new in the polish public administration. Introduction of this process was imposed by the european law on the one hand and on the other hand by the requirement to rationalize activities and management capacity of the public administration. The author draws our attention to the main differences between a classical control and an internal audit. Furthermore he explains and describes in details all characteristics of the internal and external audit. Finally he presents the advisor role of an internal audit in the area of the management of the financial sector funds. Traditionally the internal audit was concentrated primarily on evaluation of the internal control system in institution. The new approach is based on a risk analysis, which is described as the elementary tool of planning and management. The author emphasizes the importance of this modern audit in the management of public resources, especially a significant role which the internal audit will play in the process of the European Union Funds' management.
