Media to istotny sektor polskiej gospodarki. Wkraczając na rynek kapitałowy, zyskują dodatkowe źródła dochodów, ale również prestiż w środowisku biznesowym. Indeks WIG-Media warszawskiej Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych notuje obecnie 13 spółek. Jego wartość została pomniejszona w wyniku wycofania z obrotu akcji jednego z największych koncernów medialnych – Grupy TVN. O jego rzeczywistej randze traktuje analiza fundamentalna i próba wyceny spółki zawarte w niniejszym artykule.

Media creates an important sector of the Polish economics. While entering the market they gain both additional sources of income and the prestige in the business environment. There are 13 companies listed in the WIG-Media index of Warsaw Stock Exchange. Its value has decreased as a result of delisting one of the biggest Polish media holdings – TVN Plc. The aim of this article is to present the real rank of that company by using the fundamental analysis and an attempt of its valuation.
