Immigrants are an important group in society today. Regardless of the reasons for migration: for example, gaining income or education, they become an important link in the society of the destination country of migration. After 2004, the influx of immigrants especially from Eastern European countries has led to the question of whether there is a strategy of effective management of this social group in Poland. Comprehensive human capital management covers several aspects, for example: - management of migration processes - change and risk management - efficiency management. In the context of geo-political changes, it is imperative to ask new questions and to formulate other research hypotheses in the area of migration and labor market. The aim of this article is to analyze and refer the management of human capital to the group of immigrants on the example of Poland.
