W artykule autor opisuje korzyści i problemy, jakie pojawiają się w trakcie wdrożenia elektronicznego systemu zadań w małym przedsiębiorstwie działającym w obszarze wysokich technologii. Zadaniem systemu jest wsparcie pracowników firmy w codziennych kontaktach z klientami i podniesienie jakości obsługi zgłoszeń i zapytań, a także bieżące informowanie klientów o postępach w ich rozwiązywaniu. Autor stara się także wykazać, że system poprawia przepływ informacji wewnątrz przedsiębiorstwa oraz poprawia jego wizerunek na zewnątrz.

In the article the author is describing benefits and problems which are turning up in the process of implementing the electronic system of tasks at the small sized enterprise operating in the area of high technologies. Supporting employees of the company in day-to-day interactions with customers and raising the quality of the service are setting the system of applications and inquiries, as well as current informing customers of progress in untying them. The author is trying also to show that the system is correcting the flow of information inside the enterprise as well as an image is correcting him outside.
