Авторами визначені сучасні тенденції, особливості управління соціальною сферою і формування позитивного іміджу держави. Науково обґрунтовані домінанти, що характеризують позитивний імідж України у світі, як основа пріоритетів системного реформування соціальної сфери. Авторами статті визначені пріоритети державного управління соціальною сферою Харківської області.

The object of study is the process of state management of social sphere as a factor of positive image of Ukraine in the modern world. The article conducts a complex analysis of state management of social sphere as a factor of positive image of Ukraine. The authors have defined the modern tendencies, features of management of social sphere and formation of the state positive image. The dominant, which characterize the positive image of Ukraine in the world as a basis of priorities of systemic reform of the social sphere was scientifically proved. The authors of the article define the priorities of state management of social sphere of Kharkov region.

Автором виявлена суть соціально-економічного моніторингу розвитку території. Соціально-економічний моніторинг розглянутий як чинник підвищення ефективності господарювання і комплексного розвитку території. Науково обґрунтовані пропозиції щодо оптимізації процесу моніторингу території.

The article is devoted to the development of proposals to streamline information flows and improve the system of indicators of social-economic monitoring of regional development. The author reveals the essence of the socio-economic monitoring of the territory development. Socio-economic monitoring is considered as the factor of increasing the efficiency of economy and complex development of the territory. The proposals on optimization of the process of monitoring of the country are scientifically grounded.

Для стійкого зростання національної економіки України потрібна модернізація системи мотивації як пріоритетного напряму підвищення ефективності менеджменту. У статті обґрунтовані рекомендації з проведення модернізації кадрової політики і універсальна шкала рівнів мотивації в організації. Авторами визначений характер зв’язку мотиваційної структури працівників з результативністю їх праці як чинник підвищення безпеки руху з урахуванням специфіки роботи локомотивних бригад. Розроблена і обґрунтована класифікація передумов аварійних ситуацій з урахуванням виявлених причин помилок в роботі локомотивних бригад. Науково обґрунтований механізм мотивації і стимулюванні працівників локомотивних бригад, який спрямований на вдосконалення кадрової політики і забезпечення високого рівня безпеки руху потягів.

Modernization of motivation system as the priority direction of increasing management efficiency is necessary for the sustainable growth of the national economy of Ukraine. The article substantiates the recommendations for the modernization of human resources policy and universal scale of motivation levels in organizations. The authors define the relation of motivational patterns of employees to the productivity of their labor as a factor of increasing the safety of the specific work of locomotive crews. Classification of emergency preconditions with considering identified causes of errors in the locomotive crew work has been developed and grounded. The article scientifically substantiates the mechanism of motivation and stimulation of workers of locomotive crews, which aims at improving personnel policies and ensuring a high level of safety of trains.
