Celem artykułu jest uporządkowanie głównych zagrożeń i problemów wewnętrznych, które występują w procesie wprowadzania do przedsiębiorstw outsourcingu od strony firmy macierzystej oraz przedstawienie sposobów ich zniwe-lowania. Pierwsza część artykułu skupia się na ogólnej istocie outsourcingu. W kolejnym etapie opisane są przyczyny występowania ryzyka oraz propozycje rozwiązań, które mogą pozytywnie wpłynąć na poprawę efektywności.

Outsourcing is a modern process that is often applied in business. The purpose of this article is to summarize the discus-sion based on secondary researches of the main threats and internal issues that occur in a process of introducing out-sourcing to the enterprises, as well as presenting the ideas of how to alleviate them. The first part of the article focuses on the crux of outsourcing. Later on, it explains the cause of the occurrence of the risk and suggests ideas that may positively influence the efficiency.
