Artykuł „Prywatyzacja strategicznych gałęzi gospodarki na przykładzie branży elektroenergetycznej i ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ZE PAK” w ujęciu interdyscyplinarnym przedstawia problematykę procesu prywatyzacji spółek sektora elektroenergetycznego w Polsce. W tym celu wykorzystano przykład Zespołu Elektrowni Piątnów Adamów Konin S.A. Autor porównuje proces prywatyzacji sektora elektroenergetycznego w Polsce i w innych krajach europejskich. Szczególną uwagę poświęca monopolom państwowym w zakresie sieci przesyłowych i dystrybucyjnych. Przedstawione zostają w sposób chronologiczny zmiany w strukturze własnościowej spółki ZE PAK S.A. Opisane zostaje jej otoczenie mikroekonomiczne i profil działalności gospodarczej. Autor przytacza argumenty za tezą, iż proces prywatyzacji niniejszej spółki nie przebiegł w sposób w pełni zadowalający Skarb Państwa oraz Elektrim. Wnioskując tym samym, że procesy przemian własnościowych jako fundament przemiany gospodarczej powinny postępować jak najszybciej.

The articlein an interdisciplinary approach presents the issues of privatization process of the power sector in Poland. For this purpose was used Zespół Elektrowni Piątnów Adamów Konin. The author compares privatization of the power sector in Poland and other European countries. Particular attention is paid to the state monopolies in transmission and distribution networks. Changes in the ownership structure of ZEPAK SA are presented in chronological order. Micro-economic environment and business profile and described. The author quotes the arguments for the thesis, that the process of privatization of this company hadn’t developed in a fully satisfying of theState Treasury and the Elektrim. He concludes therefore that the processes of the ownership changes as the foundation of economic transformation should proceed as soon as possible.
