W pracy omówiono zagadnienia związane z ochroną przed cyberzagrożeniami. Zwrócono uwagę na wzrost cyberzagrożeń i konieczność skoordynowania działań w zakresie zapobiegania i zwalczania zagrożeń ze strony cyberprzestrzeni. Ukazano działania zespołu CERT.GOV.PL, funkcjonującego w ramach Departamentu Bezpieczeństwa Teleinformatycznego ABW, które szczególnie uwzględniają ataki ukierunkowane na infrastrukturę obejmującą systemy i sieci telein-formatyczne. Wskazano na potrzebę cyberedukacji dla bezpieczeństwa.

The work discusses the issues related to the protection against cyber threats. Attention on the growth of cyber threats and the need to coordinate activities in the field of the prevention and control of risks on the part of cyberspace. Discusses the Team CERT.GOV.PL functioning within the framework of the Security Department of the ABW, which particularly include targeted attacks on infrastructure, including information and communication systems and networks. Indicated the need of education for cyber security.

W artykule omówiono zagadnienia związane z ideą kształcenia dorosłych w programie Era-smus+. Program Erasmus+ wszedł w życie 1 stycznia 2014 roku i jego realizacja jest zaplanowana na siedem lat, do roku 2020. W wielu programach Unii Europejskiej realizowane są działania w dziedzinie edukacji i doskonalenia zawodowego. Również w Polsce opracowano strategię roz-woju kształcenia ustawicznego, zgodną z ideą działań Unii Europejskiej w tej dziedzinie. Zgodnie z podstawowym założeniem programu Erasmus+ inwestowanie w kształcenie i szkolenie jest klu-czem do uwolnienia ludzkiego potencjału, bez względu na wiek i sytuację społeczną.

The article discusses the issues related to the idea of adult education in the Erasmus+. The Erasmus+ program came into force on January 1st 2014 and its implementation is scheduled for seven years, until 2020. In many European Union programs are carried out activities in the field of education and training. Also in Poland, a strategy to develop lifelong learning, consistent with the idea of EU action in this area. In accordance with the basic premise of the Erasmus+ invest-ment in education and training is the key to unlocking human potential, regardless of age and social situation.

W pracy przedstawiono możliwości pracy z pakietem Microsoft Visual Studio oraz Expression Studio w zakresie tworzenia aplikacji multimedialnych. WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) jest najnowszym silnikiem graficznym firmy Microsoft oraz standardem programowania interfejsu użytkownika. W pracy omówiono funkcje multimedialne Silverlight oraz WPF umożliwiające szybkie i ekonomiczne dostarczanie materiałów dźwiękowych i filmowych oraz wyświetlanie ich w najpopularniejszych przeglądarkach.

The abilities of work with Microsoft Visual Studio and Expression Studio for creating multimedia applications are shown in the paper. WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) is the latest Microsoft graphics engine and standard user interface programming. In work the media functions of Silverlight and WPF for quick and cost-effective delivery of audio and video and display them in the most popular browsers are presented.

W pracy przedstawiono możliwości wykorzystania narzędzi do tworzenia map myśli jako nowoczesnej techniki w procesie uczenia się. Mind Mapping jest jedną z nowoczesnych technik pracy, zarządzania i uczenia się, opracowaną w 1972 r. Polega na tworzeniu tzw. map umysłu w postaci graficznej. W pracy omówiono możliwości stosowania programów komputerowych w procesie tworzenia map myśli. Do tworzenia map myśli wykorzystano ogólnodostępne progra-my graficzne, a także programy specjalistyczne, ułatwiające proces Mind Mappingu.

The paper presents the possibilities of using tools to create mind maps as modern technology in the learning process. Mind Mapping is one of the modern techniques of work, management and learning, developed in 1972. This method involves the creation of so-called Mind maps in graph-ical form. The article discusses the possibility of using computer software to create mind maps and presents the graphic programs areas, as well as special programs, facilitating which are use to the process of Mind Mapping.
