In the world of fast changing the project approach gains popularity. That approach manifests in starting up the project teams and using common project management methodologies. Regarding to this the issue of influence of project approach on personnel function form was taken into consideration. In this case the personnel function can be considered on double way approach – organization level and project level. Taking this into account the role of HR department in personnel function fulfillment was characterized.

W świecie szybkich zmian rośnie popularność podejścia projektowego przejawiającego się poprzez powoływanie zespołów projektowych i stosowaniu popularnych metodyk zarządzania projektami. Z tego też względu podjęto problematykę wpływu podejścia projektowego na kształt funkcji personalnej, która w organizacji stosującej podejście projektowe przebiega dwutorowo – na płaszczyźnie ogólnoorganizacyjnej oraz w kolejnych projektach. Na tym tle scharakteryzowano rolę działu personalnego w realizacji tej funkcji.

Legislative action undertaken in the European Union in the field of employee rights protection is a reaction to problems disclosed in the personal sphere of companies. Implementation of guidelines of the EU law should persuade Polish employers to increase their interest in that sphere, in relation to requirements formulated by relevant directives and ordinances. The presented empirical research results disclose the shortcomings that still occur in the study sphere in terms of implementation of EU guidelines.

The basic premise of the article is the claim that every new employee beginning their career in a given organization, has a certain amount of innovative potential. The organization can and should use that potential, which, as empirical research shows, is not a rule. An attempt has been made to demonstrate which internal factors are significant barriers to the development of innovative attitudes and behaviours of employees. The focus was on management issues. Employee innovativeness is an important context of management, explaining mechanisms of growth and development of the organization.
