From the nature of the church that grows out of the Word of God, it follows that the Church is a catechetical community that listens and teaches docility to God's Word. There is a wide variety of forms of that word heard within this community. We can legitimately understand the Church as an arena of different understandings of God's word, whose limelight defines the bipolar structure of God's mysteries. Moreover, the hermeneutical approach leads us to the fact that the form of our listening is influenced by our pre-understanding, without which we can not speak of hearing, understanding; and which also fundamentally affects our own form of hearing. From the anthropological point of view, each question is in some way a response. The Catechumen, who is catechised by the Church, could not be catechised without having done something like precatechesis - pre-understanding. Whoever wants to be connected with the Church is already in touch with it, to a certain extent. The Church was catechesized far before the formal catechesis. The actual catechesis takes place in the arena of different understandings that communicate with various pre-understandings. Here the notion of space is an allusion to the harmonizing and reconciling function of the Holy Ghost.

Sacral architecture is one of the basic means of expression in shaping public sphere of residential forms. However, it is absolutely necessary to respond to the specific situation of man and society to don´t fix doctrine of sacral architecture into schematism of emptied forms. One of the first figures who thought about religious architecture in the spirit of the modern sensibility was the Czech architect Thomas Černoušek. Thomas Černoušek´s work is inspired by functionalist architecture concept, further by concept of colors by Piet Mondrian and also by conceptual thinking of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. However, he all these influences creatively develops from the viewpoint of negative-theological perspective.

The study seeks to answer the question of the relationship between the rejection of God, the rejection of transcendence and the existential situation of man against the background of the play Fly. He also attempts to look into consciousness, which, as a result of the rejection of God, is related only to himself, and to consider how much this consciousness is related to the absolute. Sartre‘s conception of man is provocative, he opposes all forms of passive conformism, he urges man to immerse himself in the dynamic structure of his existence and to accept the responsibility for his choices. Sartre‘s work can also be read as a call to break down false models, as a subject for defending one‘s freedom. The emphasis on personal choice, which is accompanied by full responsibility for one‘s actions, the emphasis on human freedom, has a stimulating meaning. Sartre‘s shortcoming is the generalization and the shifting of the phenomenological level to the ontological one. Despite relatively strong arguments, he commits logical contradictions, which later affect his noetics. His method is to some extent a simplification and a caricature of God. Caricature is an effective and impressive way of expression, but numerous generalizations and simplistic views cannot be avoided. As a result of Sartre, Sartre does not deny, because he relates to non-Christian images of God who escapes his philosophical reflection.

The topic of this paper is the specific transcultural point of esthetics. The pathical dimension of esthetics in culture is here taken as the sub-topic. The author scrutinizes it in detail, especially in terms of anthropological meanings. Pathos forms the esthetical principle and because of it, it has its own fundamental ethical dimension. The approach of this paper is strictly methodologically anthropological; the pathical dimension of esthetics is critically conceived as a metaphysical part of culture sui generis and due to it, it creates the fundament for transcultural sociality.

The article deals with the role of the cultural element of religiosity in the construction of the social reality in the microregion Erlitztal on the Czech-Polish border. Special attention is paid to the process of transformation of this phenomenon in the period from 1938 to the present. Initial stimulus and information sources are the memories of witnesses, which often previously were never published and unpublished records in the local parish chronicles. The aim is to highlight the role of religion in shaping the symbolic formula of intersubjective worlds of Erlitztal’s inhabitants, and in shaping their identity. Religion uncovers the function of strengthening communities, thus the function of legitimation of the symbolic world and intersubjective worlds.
