The article deals with issues connected with the selection of proper sources of financing infrastructure projects that are implemented by water supply and sewage disposal companies. The author notes that the main source of financing such programs should be fees for water supply and sewage disposal.Unfortunately, because of economic and political reasons, self-government units do not accept official fees increase which causes the necessity to make use of the external chargeable financing sources the prices of which will finally be reflected in the official fees.
