W opracowaniu przedstawiono następujące zagadnienia: istotę, zakres i uwarunkowania doradztwa rolniczego, wiedzę beneficjentów i zakres transferu wiedzy oraz potrzeby w zakresie wiedzy doradców. Ukazując te zagadnienia wskazano na cele systemu usług doradczych w środowisku wiejskim, którymi są wspieranie przemian, dostosowanie do istniejących warunków działania, rozwój i kreowanie przedsiębiorczości, przygotowanie do korzystania z funduszy pomocowych itp., a wraz z tym przygotowanie doradców i instytucji doradczych do realizacji tych zadań. Podstawową tezą opracowania jest założenie, że wiedza jest podstawą usług doradczych. W związku z tym jego podstawowym celem jest określenie potrzeb i zakresu doradztwa rolniczego i pokrewnego oraz działań związanych z jego świadczeniem w powiązaniu z wiedzą doradców i beneficjentów.

The study presents the following issues: nature, scope and conditions of agricultural advisory services, knowledge of beneficiaries and scope of knowledge transfer as well as requirements with regard to knowledge of advisors. While presenting these issues, goals of the advisory system in the rural environment were specified, such as supporting changes, adjusting to existing operating conditions, developing and creating entrepreneurship, preparing for the use of aid funds, etc., along with preparing advisors and advisory institutions to implement these tasks. The main thesis of the paper is the assumption that agricultural and related advisory services are based on knowledge. Consequently, its fundamental goal is to define needs and scope of agricultural and related advisory services as well as activities regarding their provision in connection with the knowledge of advisors and beneficiaries.

Artykuł zawiera omówienie zagadnień związanych ze współdziałaniem w agrobiznesie. Kolejno analizowano następujące zagadnienia: istotę i uwarunkowania więzi organizacyjnych w agrobiznesie, istotę działalności grup producenckich i warunki prawne ich funkcjonowania, tendencje rozwojowe grup producenckich w Polsce oraz korzyści i bariery funkcjonowania grup producenckich w Polsce. Omawiając te zagadnienia, zwrócono uwagę na ich systemowe ujęcie i całościową analizę funkcjonowania grup producenckich, uwzględniające uwarunkowania i możliwości ich powstawania i prowadzenia działalności.

The article contains an overview of issues related to interoperability in agribusiness. The following issues were consequently analyzed: the essence and determinants of organizational relationships in agribusiness, the essence of producer groups and their legal conditions, the development trends of producer groups in Poland and the benefits and barriers to the functioning of producer groups in Poland. While discussing the issues, their systemic approach and comprehensive analysis of the functioning of producer groups were highlighted, taking into account the conditions and possibilities for their creation and activities.
