Artykulograficzne badanie wymowy grzbietowej. Studium przypadku

W artykule podjęto temat wymowy grzbietowej, prezentując go w świetle istniejącego stanu badań z zakresu logopedii, fonetyki i fonologii, jak również przedstawiając wyniki badań własnych. Eksperyment przeprowadzono z wykorzystaniem artykulografu AG500 – urządzenia rejestrującego i wizualizującego pracę ruchomych narządów mowy. Udało się w sposób dokładny i obiektywny zilustrować dynamikę pracy warg, żuchwy oraz poszczególnych części języka u osoby z wymową grzbietową. Badanie miało charakter porównawczy, gdyż wykonano analogiczny opis w normie. W ostatniej części artykułu autorzy podejmują dyskusję z dotychczasowymi ustaleniami na temat wymowy grzbietowej, przedstawiają własne propozycje definicyjne i terminologiczne.

The study deals with the issue of abnormally convex tongue body shape, regularly termed dorsal articulation, in the production of a set of Polish obstruents in the light of current phonetic, phonological and speech pathology research. Findings of an articulographic experiment conducted by the authors are presented showing in a detailed and objective way the dynamics of the movements of lips, the jaw and specific areas of the tongue in a speaker with abnormally convex tongue setting. The obtained data are compared to similar records obtained for normative articulation. The results acquired for this, not uncommon in Polish, speech impediment are related to available descriptions of the subject and, finally, verified definitions and terminology are suggested.
