W artykule omówiona została liczebność i skład zbiorów bibliotecznych utworzonych przez Polaków w miejscowościach Syberii w drugiej połowie XIX–początku ХХ w. Analizie poddano informacje o zbiorach książkowych w miastach i wioskach Syberii. Sformułowano też wnioski odnośnie do specyfiki kręgów czytelniczych syberyjskich Polaków.

In the article the author discusses the size and composition of libraries build up by Poles in Siberia in the second half of the 19th and the early 20th century. She analyses information about book collections in Siberian towns and villages. In addition, she formulates conclusions concerning the specificity of readership among Siberian Poles.
