In the holistic perspective, nature and culture are in continuum. This continuum is close to phenomenological approach, as well as sustainable tourism concept. One one the best example of region which from decades has developed according the principles of sustainable development, is Lanzarote, Canary Islands (Spain). Among people who struggled against mass-tourism model on the island was César Manrique. In 1966, after his return from USA, César Manrique organised a group of intellectuals, who started fighting for protection and conservation of the unique volcanic landscape of the island. From mid-1960s until his death (in 1992) César Manrique, as an architect, prepared several projects which now are top tourist attractions on Lanzarote. One of his project is complex of volcanic-origin caves Jameos del Agua. In Jameos del Agua, as well as in other projects (viewpoint Mirador del Rio, restaurant „El Diablo” in Montañas de Fuego, Jardín de Cactus at Guatiza etc.), César Manrique – who was founder of original aesthetic ideology dominated by art-nature/nature-art philosophy – put his plans into practice. So, now Jameos del Agua is not only one of the top tourist spot on Lanzarote, but it is very good example of nature-culture continuum in contemporary architecture nad tourist planning.
In last decades the importance of tourist trips concerning eating has grown. Gastronomy tourism, culinary tourism or food tourism, is a kind of tourism that provide attractions based on the culinary aspect owned by a country, region, or town. Culinary tourism not only offers food and beverages as the main objects in its attractions, but also everything related to food activities ranging from food ingredients, preparation, processing, serving, as well as the cultural and local values. So, it is one of type of cultural tourism. Among different places which are visited by tourist interested on food and cooking are large cities. The most attractive cities for people who love eat are usually cities with long culinary tradition (usually with specific local cuisine), as well as new hot-spots. The objective of this paper is to describe the process of the transformation of urban space from the most simple kind of gastronomy services (street food), to the most advanced stage of growth culinary services in the cities – arising so-called food districts.

The paper discusses the background for the emergence of such ‘mountain resorts’, their types and changes in their mode of operation. Some theoretical and practical issues will be illustrated with examples derived from Europe, North America, Asia and Africa.
W drugiej części artykułu przedstawiono krótki opis czterech parków miejskich: w Pradze (Czechy), Madrycie (Hiszpania), Isfahanie (Iran) i Victorii (Hongkong).
The aim of the present article is to reflect on the theme of renewing the proclamation of Word of God and His influence on a man and a family. Word of God has the power of touching a man, purifying his relations and sanctifying family life. Kerygmat was determined as one the functions of materializing the Church. The discussed matter is realized according to the scheme of analyzing functions in mathematics. In the first part – as a way of defining domain of a function – different groups of recipients of proclamation in a parish and family are introduced. In the second part – describing the function's output – the way of proclamation, preparing the sermon and preaching the Gospel was analyzed. Thoughtful ways of reaching different groups of recipients and attempts of Church to pass word of God to every man are discussed. In the third part – introducing the set of values – the outcomes of proclamation are shown. God's word accepted by a man makes him grow in a greater maturity and at the same time influences the quality of human relations, especially the ones within family. A man who lives by word of God is enabled to grow in holiness and fulfill koinonia – his communion with God, world and other people, even in the life of his own family.

W części pierwszej – w ramach określenia dziedziny funkcji – omówiono różne grupy odbiorców przepowiadania w parafii i rodzinie. W części drugiej – opisującej działanie funkcji – został przedstawiony sposób przepowiadania, przygotowanie homilii i głoszenia Słowa.
This paper examines stoneware recovered during 2010–2011 excavations at ul. Ks. Posadzego 5, Poznań. The assemblage consists of 128 potsherds. Recognised and analysed were fragments of economic containers, sherds of mineral water bottles, plates produced in central-west England, vessels from Trzebiel, Bolesławiec and Waldenburg as well as Lusatian stoneware.
The drinking of mineral waters at Ostrów Tumski in Poznań is evidenced by fragments of stoneware bottles with preserved signatures - findings registered during archaeological excavations. Most of the discovered fragments come from 19th century bottles. Only about a dozen items represent containers from the 18th century - a majority of those are probably pieces of seltzer water bottles. In the 19th century the inhabitants of this island in Poznań drank mineral waters from springs located on the territory of today's Germany (Bad Kissingen, Niederselters, Bad Friedrichshall, Bad Ems) and Czechia (Bylany/Male Brezno, Frantiskovy Lazne, Bilina, Zajecic, Marianske Lazne).
Many hotels are owned by a few dozen so-called hotel chains or hotel systems. The rapid growth of big hotel companies can be regarded as proof of the entrance of hotel systems into the globalisation phase. Since 2006, companies from the People’s Republic of China (PRC) have been among the world’s top hotel systems. This year can be considered as the symbolic beginning of a new stage in the history of the largest hotel systems. This paper shows two main trends. On the one hand, the processes that could be observed in the market of the major global hotel systems from the 1990s are still discernible (for example, the position of the so-called hotel megasystems). On the other hand, new trends have come to the fore in recent years, notably the emergence of systems from the People’s Republic of China among the world’s largest hotel systems.
