The increase in popularity of the partnership structure for conducting joint business, the number of which oscillates around 80,000 entities, has not led to a normative resolution of the numerous interpretative doubts surrounding its regulation. One of the most important of these is the act of amending the partnership agreement, regulated in Article 9 of the Commercial Companies Code, which requires the consent of all partners for its effectiveness. The enigmatic, dispositive norm is the basis for numerous disputes, related to the identification of its essence as a legal act of partners, the form of decision-making or the definition of the limits of exceptions to the principle of unanimity. The momentousness of the present problem is particularly evident in the need to ensure a minimum level of protection for existing partners in an entity based on cooperation and mutual trust, as well as in the prospect of the consequences of changing the contract contrary to the nature of the company. This is because it can lead to the court declaring the changes made to be non-existent. This article resolves the existing doubts related to: the legal nature, form and limits of deviations from the principle of unanimity in view of the act of amending the partnership agreement, broadly summarizing the previous statements of representatives of doctrine and jurisprudence, including the Supreme Court.

Deficyt wiedzy w obszarze finansów osobistych, niezadowalający poziom umiejętności oraz niewłaściwe zachowania i postawy, wskazywane są jako istotne przeszkody w świadomym i odpowiedzialnym korzystaniu z produktów finansowych. Obraz społeczeństwa, jaki wyłania się z badań, sugeruje potrzebę realizowania działań w obszarze edukacji finansowej obejmujących różne grupy odbiorców. W szczególności ich adresatami powinny być osoby młode, które niebawem będą podejmowały swoje pierwsze poważne decyzje finansowe.
