Background: Entities participating in the product innovation process and assortment management create an organization that processes information, so spending invested in the information processing decide on the final form of the new product and assortment management. An important condition for effective communication processes, integration, cooperation between these entities is the right collocation of the company centers. Cooperation in this system is the basis of combining knowledge, information, experience and skills of individual team members within the scope of the individual's role and responsibility. The combined values of intellectual determine the efficiency of new product development and assortment management. The level of cooperation in the team but the result is a level of assertiveness and cooperative spirit level [Crow 2002]. Moreover, this cooperation is the fundamental base of the concept of concurrent engineering, which is an integrated process development and introduction of a new product on the market. Methods and results: Studies carried out so far reveal a positive relationship between the degree of use of the information derived from market research (marketing information obtained from MDSS / MES) and various measures of the success of a product [Atuahene-Gima 2005, Moorman and Miner 2007]. On the basis of the study it was found that inappropriate, irrelevant and outdated data and technical documentation, and inadequate distribution of such information causes communication problems between the members of the project team, is a major barrier to integration and cooperation teams, and as a result has a negative impact on the level of success of new product designs [Sherman 2000; Trott 2011]. Information technologies discussed above should generate eight key types of information required in supporting decision-making process of new product development: the strategic, financial and program management - new product design (internal sources), technical, customer and his needs (internal and external sources), and competition and regulations (external source). This arrangement sets of information corresponding to groups of information necessary for the formulation of a strategic marketing plan, proposed by the Ph. Kotler and G. Armstrong [2002]. Conclusions: The scope of use of the above types of information are different in the different phases of the integrated product life cycle. In the pre-project phase (FFE - fuzzy front - end activities), the company may need all kinds of information. However, in the phase of the commercialization and marketing will be required primarily about the recipient (the formulation of marketing programs) and program-project management (introduction of a new product on the market). Technical information is required in the design and development phases of the prototype of a new product. Legal and regulatory information regarding the competition, and financial and strategic considerations are especially important in the testing and the economic evaluation phase of new product development.

Metody i rezultaty: Dotychczasowe badania ujawniają pozytywny związek pomiędzy stopniem wykorzystania informacji pochodzącej z badań marketingowych, a różnymi miernikami powodzenia produktu.
The objective of the paper was to identify key competencies of personnel consultants/HR coordinators considering implementation of multi-location projects. In 2014, a quantitative-qualitative research was held, based on a questionnaire filled by employees of the company Work Service at such posts. The respondents were asked to select key competencies from a provided list of 32 skills and they could enter their own suggestions, too. During the data analysis, an attempt was made to identify differences between answers provided by respondents who achieved average and above-average financial results. The obtained results were analysed statistically. Average results and standard deviations were calculated. In order to define differences in relevance of key competencies, t-Student test was performed for independent samples, using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 software. Based on the respondents’ opinions, key competencies were identified for leaders of multi-location projects. It was revealed that the respondents had competency gaps in this area. The research confirmed that transformation of organisations into dispersed multi-location structures will require modification of competencies held nowadays by HR project leaders.
The article analyze selected stock indices that can be used as an instrument adapted for measuring the impact of socially responsible policy on the value of the company. Therefore, it was decided to choose three stock indices for analysis – recorded in London FTSE4Good, New York’s Dow Jones Sustainability Index and running since 2009 on The Warsaw Stock Exchange RESPECT Index. The last of these examples is, so far, the only index of this type operating in Central and Eastern Europe. Due to the availability of materials and the local nature of this index it has been described in details.
Human capital as an element of intellectual capital company in the turbulent economy and the constant of competing companies is a factor of the competitive advantage of the organization. The possibility of free access of enterprises to modern technology and information makes managers should search sources of advantage in other areas, including the building of human capital. But success also the company depends on itself, and therefore its managers, levels of experience and presented the management level.

Poznan housing market belongs to dynamically developing local markets. Recently, you can hear more and more opinions about the improvement of the market situation − growing housing demand, more apartments offered for sale, and a higher level of prices for new premises. Bearing in mind the quoted opinions, the aim of the article was to present the situation on the local housing market in Poznan in 2013-2017 and in the first quarter of 2018, in terms of supply and sale prices of flats and local housing demand. The basis for consideration are studies of the housing offer conducted within the monitoring of the local housing market and surveys conducted among 25 developers representing the supply on the housing market regarding the market assessment and the behavior of home buyers. The research allowed to determine the structure of the offer of apartments sold by developers and the preferences of people purchasing premises on the primary market in Poznań. A comparison of the results of the study let to confirm that there is quite a big discrepancy between the offer price of 1 sq m of housing space and the estimated average price acceptable by buyers, and the fact that there are quite large mismatches between the developers’ offer and the preferences of people interested in buying an apartment in the primary market in Poznań. This may have serious consequences for the market (on the demand side, it may consolidate its unfavorable structure, on the supply side, among others, problems with the sale of some flats, and, as a consequence, worsening investment profitability ratios).
Jednak w następnych latach wprowadzono dopłaty do powierzchni wybranych rodzajów upraw i użytków zielonych. Najwyższe dotacje uzyskiwali rolnicy, którzy posiadali powyżej 100 ha gospodarstwo, najmniejsze zaś o powierzchni do 5 ha.
