In the context of this article, mobile banking can be interpreted as one of the marketing tools used by banks. It is the provision of banking services with the use of telecommunications devices (Tiwari, Buse, 2021, pp. 73–74) (portable, mobile) for the implementation of banking operations, overcoming time and spatial barriers. The aim of the article is to present mobile banking as an alternative and more and more common instrument of distribution of banking products. The article focuses on the ways of using banking marketing via e-banking, with particular emphasis on mobile banking. The article puts forward the thesis that mobile banking is a constantly evolving distribution channel for banking products and offers the greatest number of opportunities to reach new recipients.

W niniejszym artykule bankowość mobilna jest traktowana jako jedno z narzędzi marketingu wykorzystywane przez banki. To świadczenie usług bankowych za pomocą urządzeń telekomunikacyjnych (przenośnych, mobilnych) do realizacji operacji bankowych, pokonując przy tym bariery czasowe i przestrzenne. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie istoty bankowości mobilnej jako alternatywnego i coraz bardziej powszechnego instrumentu dystrybucji produktów bankowych. Skoncentrowano się w nim na sposobach wykorzystania marketingu bankowego za pośrednictwem bankowości elektronicznej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem bankowości mobilnej. W artykule postawiono tezę, że bankowość mobilna to kanał dystrybucji produktów bankowych stale ewoluujący i dający najwięcej możliwości dotarcia do nowych odbiorców.

Human Capital Operational Programme 2007-2013 is an instrument to finance projects related to the "man" from kindergarten to retirement, so it is possible to influence the current and future labor market in Poland. The program allows you to spend funds from the European Union under the European Social Fund attributable to the financial perspective for 2007-2013 (with a possible extension of funding until 2015 under the n + 2). The Human Capital Operational Programme 2007-2013 will support actions in such fields as education, employment, social inclusion, the development of adaptability of workers and enterprises to changing socio-economic conditions, human resource development in rural areas, the construction of efficient and effective governments at all levels and partner countries, the promotion of attitudes among health workers and medical staff training. All these areas have a smaller or greater impact on the labor market. With the implementation of projects co-financed by European Union under the HCOP in Podlaskie the end of 2011 was more than eight thousand. new jobs, and several thousand people and several thousand businesses have benefited from support. So this is a very efficient instrument for shaping the labor market in the region of Podlasie.
