This article continues a series of the authoress' publications on syntax of the modern Polish. In particular, it is dedicated to the consideration and the analysis of compound sentences with subordinate attributive clauses with 'który', 'jaki', 'co', 'ze' as connective words and connectives. On the basis of Polish texts - original and translated into Ukrainian - she shows common and distinctive characteristics of subordinate attributive clauses in the two languages. The article establishes that the grammatical nature of subordinate attributive clauses in Polish and Ukrainian is not always homogeneous, which is disclosed by comparative analysis.
